Wiki article on Hesse-Kassel:
Although it was a fairly widespread practice at the time to rent out troops to other princes, it was the Landgraves of Hesse-Kassel who were notable for hiring out contingents of their army as mercenaries during the 17th and 18th centuries. Hesse-Kassel maintained 7% of its entire population under arms throughout the eighteenth century. This force served as a source of mercenaries for other European states.[2]

Notes: I would like to create my alliance in the IC not use predetermined ones also the closest pop I could find was the one posted because the time period was close I'm totally open to changing it depending on what u guys think
A lower population, obviously, but it's good other than that. Would you drop it to 17,500,000 or so (and then adjust the military)?

Recent history (to show you understand the period and my changes to history): covert support to England during Bourbon invasion. When England fell, supplies such as arms were covertly sent to Scottish Protestants to help with rebellion. With the rise of the Bourbon powerhouse, Dutch colonial efforts had to be put on halt, meaning only the dutch east indies, cape of good hope, and dutch Ceylon (Sri Lanka ). Many hope the colonization can continue, without interference.

Heir name and age (can be real or made up): Stanisław August Poniatowski
Population (if you do not source, you will not be accepted): 11 million
Military (remember: 2% max peacetime, 6% max wartime): 150,000 peacetime.
Major religion (note if state religion differs from majority): Catholic Christianity
Minor religions: Other Christianity.
Major culture: Polish and Lithuanian.
Minor cultures: Baltic's, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
Notable industries: Food products including a lot of Grain.
Alliances/trade agreements (prior to the start of the RP): Poland-Lithuania is allied to Russia.
Recent history (to show you understand the period and my changes to history): When the Great northern war started Poland-Lithuania stayed neutral until the end where Polish forces invaded the Swedish possessions in Latvia. This allowed Poland-Lithuania to get away from devastating its army and infrastructure for a while. Poland-Lithuania soon allied with Russia to protect its eastern front and to counter the Swedes in the north and the Ottomans to the south. The most important event though was the reforms that king August III introduced in 1743 which
1:abolished the liberum veto and banned the szlachta's confederations;
2:provided for a separation of powers among legislative, executive and judicial branches of government;
3:established "popular sovereignty" and extended political rights to include not only the nobility but the bourgeoisie;
4:increased the rights of the peasantry;
5:preserved religious tolerance (but with a condemnation of apostasy from the Catholic faith).
Now Poland-Lithuania stays on the guard on how the war between Prussia and Austria can evolve and how that can benefit Polandia.
Notes: Poland can into space. Winged Hussars are awesome.

Sorry for getting to you late. The app is really good, but 1.7 million was the population (according to your source) in the mid 1800s. In 1750, your population would be more in the 750,000-1.25 million range. If you just switch that real quick, you will be accepted.
Sorry for getting to you late,
