Well, you can post in Ragon attack, so the Juskar can kill the UN, and Illgoth can appear on TV's and billboards around the world saying.

I do believe that was a sloppy attempt at counter terrorism without risking lives of own people. Last I saw, Hell Fire missiles could take out an entire Afghan compound in one. That ain't exactly something you want going off in the building next to you.
