About reacting to Hisako, that was funny, but I've never seen her as cold, in fact I would see her a hot-blooded. She's very emotional, outgoing, not afraid to speak her mind. But at closest thing she'll see as a sign of affection from Hisako in public is a short hug.

I've seen that movie. We watch it in biology classes all the time.
The main character has a bad heart from being not genetically engineered so he can't get his dream job as a astronaut. He finds a cripple from an accident and the cripple allows him to use his DNA to show up as valid.

Of course, around the time he needs a new body, he's pretty weak and not exactly powerful. Y'know, coughing up blood, etc. That kinda skedaddle. He essentially reveals his true form at the last second and gets inside the new host, with a little mind-scape battle thing, which he usually wins through his willpower, and then converts the host into him. Basically, Orochimaru. Though hopefully Sasuke ain't hanging around.

With some of those powers, they aren't exactly powers. Like Corruption Inducement means he's basically good at manipulating people into doing evil things, and generally getting darker. That's more psychological, and involves one's intelligence. Whilst DNA Manipulation/Mutagen empowerment basically involves using science/technology and messing around with genetics, using his knowledge and whatever technology he has at hand in a lab.

Also, form your back story I don't see how he has supernatural blood of any kind, it was a sorcerer, though as you say awakened I assume he must be Half something. I'm not sure others would be into the idea of their characters genetics being messed up, and we tend to be iffy on mind control. As you have provided a rich bio, it will take us time to review the character fully.

It says Tiste Hora in the Species section, so that'd give ya a clue.
Well, supernatural blood would be because of his supernatural nature. Like it could be poisonous, or healing, or something.
I dunno exactly about half or whatever, but I was thinking around that him turning up in Byzantine times was his latest incarnation into the mortal realm. Though what happened before that is a mystery.
And genetics, well, someone would have to be experimented on in a lab to half that messed up, so you'd have to get captured, or volunteer, y'know?
As for mind control, I never actually said he had it. So I dunno what you mean about that. He's just good at persuasion and matters of psychological knowledge and intuition.

He hasn't really fought yet, and he's still hardly got anything on Savior, since she has 23 powers.

Still, being stronger then the Tiste is not looked well upon, Savior only has the power of her kin, even Salvia (who has been infused with Light Essence) doesn't really know how to tap into that power, and it tends to influence her actions at times. I'm starting to think the Demian encounter is really not needed in the story, it doens't promote it at all, and appears to have been a mere distraction. Removing the event would also remove what I even openly admitted to be a Dues Ex Machina moment for Salvia (her light essence allowing her to flee, but at the same time making her emotionless as a Longa, monotoned, and intent on ending Damien realizing she had made a mistake of using him to substitute her own son, that Damien deserved release from his immortal existence). Then again, the scene may have it's purpose, what do the others think of the Demian encounter?
