Name: Yoshiko Kijmuta
Aliases: Neko Samurai
Age: 17
Sex: F
Appearance: this, however she doesn't have red hair it's black, and she doesn't wear a straw hat.
http://digital-art-gallery.com/oid/84/r ... al_art.jpg
Out of armor: one she dowsn't wear a collar, and two jacky is at home, in Japan.
http://www.animegalleries.net/albums/us ... tGirl.jpeg
there is another picture which works great of it worn't for it being fetish but basically she has cat ears black fur
Powers: it's less of powers and more of training and genetic manipulation: her senses have been heightened and she is an incredible stalker with high amounts of dexterity and reflexes to match and she has night vision of a cat. (I'll get the exact powers in a bit)
Drawbacks: She can get Extremely Erratic at times, she is used to being rich, she has a phobia/hated of scientist, and a big time when it comes to biologist.
Other: she has a sword and armor both made out of a Vibranium/Mithril like metal not native to this universe, they are practically indestructible and also can get most anything she wanted if she asked her father.
Bio: Growing up in a family with a large business, she had plenty of money which she could spend on getting practically whatever she wanted this included allot of physical activities including Martial arts. about at the age of 17 and two months she and a few friends were kidnapped and brought to a lab where they were continually tested upon. on the occasion one of the girls would die and disappear when it got down to her and to other girls they pulled of a escape destroying the faculty on the way out she was the only one to survive. However by the time she had managed to get out the scientist goals had been acomplished and she is now half feline. She stayed in Japan for a while but eventually left due to wanting to get away from the hordes of fans.

Please put her powers/abilities drawbacks, actual ones, and I have to say no on having materials from another universe, especially if it's nearly indestructible.

The reason why I gave her the next to indestructible armor and sword is so that she doesn't get killed by the first gunman who knows what they are doing is try to kill her (and anybody with some ranged means of kiling her), and she has always had it every time I have played her.

Why not give her Enhanced Swordsmanship, plus her reflexes should help with guns. Also swords can be repaired or can be made another if destroyed or damaged. As for the Armor, I would prefer that you have something that's in-universe, perhaps armor that's made of a diamond, platinum, titanium mix alloy?

Been ages since I saw that character. :)

Also, did someone on the previous page say the Romans built a wall around Scotland?

Uh, lol. Hadrian's wall was built on the border to the south, fools. Or to be precise, it's mostly in the north of England.

And you can't just build a giant wall in the Atlantic ocean and the North Sea, "around" Scotland...

It was... Never mind...

I'm okay with people from a different universe come to this universe, I would prefer to keep materials from this world to prevent some excuse for an overpowered type weapon or armor that makes a character invincible.

Well the sword and armor (like ancient Japanese samurai armor made out of light weight metal) defiantly don't make her invincible, just not an easy kill, flamethrower-to-face will still burn her face off (since she doesn't have the demon mask on the armor).

So she's invincible unless we aim for her head, okay got it, but everywhere else is impenetrable. As for the sword, nothing is better than an unbreakable weapon, I can allow the sword, but the Armor is my main concern.

Raktio, the thing is she is already as tough as nails.

Edit: On review, she really doesn't seem very OP...... Strange.... But not Op... You're the co-OP though.

I think this is cute and funny.

So what is the chance that one of the radical groups appearing after the kidnapping event, will succeed in (re)establishing itself as the power of the world that will be obeyed by all?

XD CUTEEEE!!!!!

The order has the highest chance of being accepted, as not everyone is super, and a good many of their policies were favored even after the Order's fall.

I know right? But that was who Anisha and Yui based off.

About the material or Armor?

Hmmmmm.............. Yeah that does seem more likely as people would have been used to living under the rule of The order.

Cool

The Armor, for I most have overlooked the metal. Mithral is if research just Pure Silver (and silver is apparently magical). So I find it sort of funny that it's been made out to be some light weight yet durable armor. It's light, it's tougher then gold, but I don't think I'd rely on it, even if I felt magical with it on. Actually, if I felt magical I'd probably wear it. I'd allow thus, for it to be simply known as Silver Armor, a silver samurai actually sounds interesting, no?

Heck no! all the Path has is humanity worshiping the supers as decedents of the gods, and teaching that though their genes mankind can evolve to godhood. (interestingly enough, the Hora outcast pretended to be gods, and half-hora are metahumans so, their not fully wrong). Plus the path doesn't have a real economic standing, you'd just have an elitist regime in which humans were servants to a ruling caste (supers), who would be the only ones able to hold government positions.

True, however the Path is going to have to change a bit in book 3 now that they actually have control over Cold Harbour.
