Does a communal and completely democratically controlled nation ruled by everyone count as a dictatorship if I call it "dictatorship by the people"? If so then change that one to a yes.

The Conservatives established the Progressive Party in 1920, but it closed due to little support in 1934. Liberals ruled the Reichstag since 1934 until 1949, until the Fascist Party took 1 seat over in 1950, breaking the Liberal monopoly. The Liberals voted to expel him from the Reichstag. The Social Democratic Party opened in 1960, and became the official opposition ever since.
