Serbia's government probably wont accept unless its the Serbian Government that wins and it will most likely be Belgrade that becomes the capital because the Serbians are a majority over your population. Also i am doubtful Kosovo will like rejoining Serbia.

First of Serbia wouldn't join unless they became the dominant part and Albania would still have loads of bad blood so i doubt they would join you.

Also for the French-British-German Alliance. I thought we already where allied? We if not i guess i will have to recreate the alliance with Germany.

They might unite. Try might even put the capital in Montenegro. Also it is the Serbian and the Montenegren and the Kosoven people voting on where the capital is not the governments.

And here is what happened with Albania, he invaded once before game, them tried to invade again but I flew 300 spec ops soldiers in and kicked his ass, so it ended up gettting deleted.
