The Balkans has many good thinks like natural resources . Also if we form Yugoslavia we can comtrol trade from China into Europe because we are their only influence in Europe. So with that we could ally and you get some resources and an ally in Europe.

The fact a man I Australia named Tony is lying about or economy. And the government won't accept he is there's. I am fighting back with my numbers but it is getting hard because Australia doesn't want Yugoslavia. If Yugoslavia returns I control all Southern European trade from China goes through me and so I control Southern Europe.

Australia wants to bring down China and since Montenegro has very good diplomatic ties with me, he became an "enemy" of Australia (which is now called Oceanic Commonwealth -> Australia + New Zealand)
