Sure, the OP will decide. But let me make this clear, and I will actually show this evidence to the OP, there are nationalistic feelings in the former Yugoslavian states. Like please everyone understand that this is happening right now in RL, no one can say "This won't happen because of this and this" when there is actual RL evidence of a tendency. Concerning East Timor, there is no evidence in RL that they want to unite: nationalistic feelings? Nope.

But it is up to the OP to decide.

Btw, Australia, if you are so interested in making me collapse, then do it in the IC, not in the OCC disagreeing with everything. Just do it in the IC

People who hated Yugoslavia will be against, but I don't think they are majority. Currently Yugo-nostalgia is growing, especially among young people, so that is something really good for your cause.

Cool. You just need to keep working on getting support. Invest in the economy and rebuild affected places, that will generate confidence. By investing in education, you will receive more followers from young people. You can also get funds from the IMF if you want, they give economic aid packages, and that are very generous: like in the billions of dollars.

Sounds good we will start working on rebuilding roads and schools. I dunno about the IMF they seem pretty UNish. Which we have left.
