Every country collapses after a war. It is VERY rare that a country doesn't go down the toilet after a war (most notably the US in Iraq [the first time] and Russia in Afghanistan), and this requires a lot of other situations going on as well. And it's never, never happened with two wars unless you're state-capitalist like the Soviet Union after WWII or China after their revolution.
