Most people I know would not consider a country that is:

35% Unemployed and rising
8% Inflation Rate
A governmet that spends more then half its revenue on tanks. (Also was it just 200 tanks? Like, how many tanks did you buy.)
Imports 2.5 Billion a year while exporting just 450 Million
52% of its GDP-Debt
And at war

As "fine"


And answer a few questions:
How much money did China give you and when did they?
How big is your millitary?
How many tanks did you buy?

Answer these and I will tell you what to pay your troops.

Well according to Australia, Montenegro is failing miserably. So I don't know, enough to keep the soldiers payed but Australia hasn't finished those numbers. Also I AM KOSOVO TOO! I feel like I need to remind that because you all act as if I am only Montenegro.
