2. You cant afford those tanks without completely cutting spending of every thing else. While still putting 10% of your countrys work force in the millitary. Because as Napoleon once said, a army marches on its belly. But its pay also, how are you paying those soldiers? Lets say your paying them 10,000$ a year. And you have 42,000 soldiers. Thats 420 Million a year. But thats not counting different pay grades and what not.

So, this would leave you with a revenue of 1.50 billion a year.

Now, how exactly do you plan to get a country of 2 Million people by on this? I am talking like governmet services and all.

In my Montenegro everything but the police and military is private that means no government hospitals, libraries, museums, etc. So I didn't cut much spending. (if there is anything else the government should be funding let me know)

Also Kosovo is mostly Albanian so I am ok there. Also Montenegro has a GDP of 6 billion so I can afford the tanks. (I hope I am understanding the GDP right if not tell me)

Ok money wise it looks a bit crazy but I got free money from China and I have enough pop to sustain my 40,000 man military. How much do I pay my soldiers at this moment I haven't done the numbers but my country is fine. Even tho we had a war only 7% of Montenegro is damaged and 3% of Kosovo is damaged the Albanians didn't really think through that war. SO MY COUNTRY IS FINE.
