Need to head out. Link your post in a TG if I've dropped it. I think I owe at least one IC response to someone?

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

But that's a story to go over should you choose to. Right now, I'm going to check IC and some other thread.

She wasn't booted. She resigned.

The mysterious man who threw a grenade into Lidev's bedroom wasn't the same man who stood outside.

Breakdown here. Also here. You can read the entire thing by skimming the pages before and after.
  1. Mons had ongoing issues with Bones. Mon decided to have her passive character confront Bone's messenger.
  2. Bones' character attempted to walk away twice.
  3. Mon refused to allow him to and then shot him.
  4. Swith's character shot Mon's character for reasons stated in OOC. Instead of killing the character, Swith left it up to Mon to play out how her character reacted.
  5. Mon stated that she attacked Bones' character to get even with the player.
  6. Mon returned the next day as if nothing had happened. This was her standard MO as a player.
  7. Swith resigned.
  8. Players realized that Swith wasn't giving an ultimatum. Players begged Swith to return via TG. Mon begged Swith to return via TG. The thread fell apart as people began quitting.
  9. Mon resigned (link posted at top of this post.)
  10. Swith returned.

Everything can be seen clearly in OOC 1-3. Mon is not welcome here due to her continuous thread disruption, her unprofessional attitude, her acting out her personal vendettas, and her anger management issues. Mons actions on the night in question could have earned her a DEAT. I've seen other RP players banned for much less. Bones, the player attacked on a personal level, did not report her.

Who has been officially booted? Tsu, for reasons clearly stated in my post.

Aye, noted.

That sorted things for for me. So, while Mon is not booted, she is still not welcome, and Tsu is officially booted.

Why does everyone think they were the same guy? I didn't even describe the messenger, just that he was a messenger. That was literally his entire description.

You guys don't realize how lenient we were with Mon. A DEAT would've been the least the mods would do if we reported her. She could've potentially been banned from the forum entirely if we reported her.
Me summed up in one sentence.

Bones has got it.

If someone wants to cry foul, at least remember why before you do it. Good grief.

I just fail to see why it's still an issue. It happened, and she's not here anymore because she decided to make the good decision and leave while she still could. No one here is to blame besides her, and I believe she can be forgiven for leaving instead of going down bitterly like we all know she could have. Seriously, it could have been a lot uglier than it was.

It's still an issue because people keep bringing it up.

I can't speak for the others, but I personally don't care that she left. Nor have I ever placed any blame on her for leaving. I have no idea where you got that from.

Who says I got the notion from you alone?

I just think she made a good choice in leaving before anything more serious happened. She might not be welcome here anymore, but I can still call her a friend.

They've certainly learnt their lesson for doing kind of nothing wrong whatsoever. Yeah, those truffles. You wouldn't trade me those truffles, thousands of years ago. That's what started this conflict.

Alright, Swith's gone over some stuff for me. So are people still in the dining room?
If we affirm one moment, we thus affirm not only ourselves but all existence. For nothing is self-sufficient, neither in us ourselves nor in things; and if our soul has trembled with happiness and sounded like a harp string just once, all eternity was needed to produce this one event—and in this single moment of affirmation all eternity was called good, redeemed, justified, and affirmed.

I'd say late afternoon overall. Katya and Yoshi have jumped out of sync a bit, but no harm done for them.

Katya and Yoshi went to her place. Dora and Gio are in the lobby. Bran answered for Kei. Calvin went to his place, as did Tasia. Klaus and Minerva are on the roof.
