I has an idea that might help assuming the pharmacy in the hospital is not gone and that they accept DA form 1289.

In 200 years, being able to influence computers with your mind will basically be equivalent to mind-control.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Was at a massive fundraiser Friday and Saturday. We had stay up for 12 hours straight from 7pm to 7am dancing. THON if you never heard of it. Raised 220,000 this years, 70,000 more than last year. So yeah, that's why I couldn't post Friday or most of today.

I'd say join the party, but 12-hour dancing shifts sound like you are all partied out.

Well I just went there to stay up. The dancers were to ones that had to stay up dancing. Enduring fellows. I crashed two hours before the end, though I didn't fully fall asleep. But I was still very tired. First thing I did when I got home was head straight for my room a fall on my bed.

Woke up this morning with the intent to log on and enjoy a relaxing Saturday. Got distracted by stuff.

Image

Pulled away from that and sat down to log in. Never had a chance. I was called away for a rescue mission. Took forever to find tights, too.
Image

Rescue successful. Thought I'd go home and log on. Never had a chance. Had to rescue something else.
Image

That thing was in a foul mood. Very foul mood. That thing's friend's brother accidentally snapped the leg off its favorite Pony toy. World. Fucking. Shattering. Would not stop wailing. Entire afternoon, entire evening. I counted to ten while reflecting on advice my mother gave me years ago.
Image

Not that advice. This advice.
Image

My usual retort ("I brought you into this world and I will take you out again") failed. I ignored it. Kept ignoring it. Swith ignored it. Swith closed the bedroom door and went to sleep to better ignore it. It just wouldn't stop. "Maaaaeeeee pooooony is deeead".
Image

It finally shut up. Now that it's not demanding death to boys and all who hate Ponies, I'll rescue the toy.
Image

"There. Leg back on. Fixed. Go fuck off."

And that is why I haven't been online all day and why you've been waiting all this time.

The moral of this story?

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

Ha, reminds me of myself. My friends used to break my toys all the time, couldn't ever stop them because "sharing is good" and "doing good things makes you happy." Probably my first point of rebellion was against "sharing" do to that.
I was also a bit of a smartass. "I brought you into this world" thing never worked, because I quickly figured, "Really? What are you going to do, kill me? Give me up for adoption? Doubt it."

Ah, children.

Yes, Tilt and Cer, I do intend to carry on the family name.

And I did not disappear, but rather had just finished a whopping collaborative post co-written by two other people.
