There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

The Ray/Fortu thing is getting intense. Awesome to read.
Same with the Aegis/Naomi story. You two play off each other well.
Bran's character impresses me. His stance and paternal attitude are a far cry from the 2D character he started out as. Torsi is bouncing off him well.
That's all I have at the moment, not because the other stuff isn't interesting or good but because today was hectic and I can't keep my eyes open to write more.

Urran wrote:Good Morning peeps, exams over so now I can RP again! As you all know I am a Christian that interprets the Bible literally. Because of this I do believe in the End Times and the Rapture, the second coming of Jesus Christ. Now, some of you are going to think that I am off my rocker, but I assure you that I mean every word and it is all true. The signs of the End Times are numerous and if you just look around and open your eyes, you will see that they are here! I challenge you to look all of this up.
Earthquakes in various places:
Do you realize that the amount of magnitude 8+ earthquakes has been steadily on the increase since the mid 20th century? Japan, Haiti, and now a small one in South Carolina where there has never been one before. A big one could happen off of California at any time and the fault line that runs from Louisiana to the Great Lakes has been increasing in activity. It could very well split and the lakes would flow into the Gulf of Mexico. There will be land where they was water and water where there was land, as it says will happen in Revelation. The Earth is groaning like a woman in labor
Wars and rumors of wars:
At this very moment there are 137 armed conflicts going on around the world. Nation is rising against nation, kingdom against kingdom. There is civil unrest in the US that could escalate into another civil war, but the media refuses to talk about it. From the 20th century up until now has been the bloodiest period in recorded human history and it is only getting worse.
Sings in the heavens:
Google the comet Ison. In two weeks a comet will pass directly by the earth and it will be visible in the day time. It will be 14 times brighter than the full moon. Now celestial body has ever done that in recorded human history since whatever body lead the wise men to the manger where Jesus was born. It will be like a second sun in the sky.
The moon will turn to blood and the sun will not give its light:
This is talking about an eclipse or several of them. Next year and in the year 2015 there will be 5 different eclipses. Four Lunar and a Solar. During the Lunar eclipses the moon will turn red like blood and, of course, during the Solar, the sun will be blacked out. Now, there is something even more strange about this. All of these eclipses fall on Jewish holidays. Passover and Sukkot, the feast of the trumpets. This has only happened 7 times in human history and every time it has happened Israel has gone to war and taken back property that God gave to them. The Six Day War, the formation of there country, ect. Oh, and it's not predicted to happen for another 300 years! Israel says that if Iran does not stop developing its nuclear plant that it WILL strike. This will likely happen next year or in 2015 and when it does, as prophesied in Revelation, the nation of the world will turn against Israel and an army will be amassed to destroy her. BUT God will destroy that army and Israel will NOT be harmed! When it happens I will say, "I told you so"
Famines:
Do you realize that 25,000 children, not counting adults, starve to death on planet earth each day. It could happen here, an economic collapse followed by a food shortage could potentially strike the US and Europe, but God will provide for his people. He fed the Israelites with manna from Heaven, he could do the same for us.
Christians will be persecuted and killed:
Around the world Christians like myself are being beaten, imprisoned, and tortured for our belief in Christ. In North Africa they have actually started crucifying Christians and burning them alive. Why the media blackout? Because The world is turning its back on God and His people. No one cares if we are killed, the nations of the world refuse to stop it. It happens in China, North Korea, Iran, Indonesia, Vietnam, Venezuela, Columbia, and places like it. The US government has placed Christians just under the Taliban and Al-Quada as the most dangerous terrorist threat to the country.
We are living in dangerous times and the only salvation is through Christ Jesus. When all of those that believe on Him are taken from this earth to be with Him forever, you don't want to be here with those that get left behind. Read Revelation, trust me, it's scary. My point is, I love all of you, and I see what is happening out there. I don't want any one to have to go to Hell, especially not friends like you guys. If you want to know how you can be saved, TG me.
As always, God bless
So, have we left for the Island yet? When are we going?

The New Velociraptor Empire wrote:I can respect you are a passionate person and that this is for all of us in general here. But I addressed why I don't believe in the video (that I haven't uploaded yet). My mother has been in that "the end is neigh" mode for years, Of course you are way more understanding than her (she'd banish people for using skulls as decor or even mentioning other religions; in fact if she read half the things I wrote, she'd drown me in holy water...okay that one was an exaggeration). Now the point is that being about the only intelligent person in this house and among the brightest minds in this town. I noticed things and questioned them and pretty much have to keep in the closet about it lest I would lose support from my biggest supporter.
Where was I going with this? Oh yes, With the level of connections and extensive lineage, Just questioning a few major events have made my belief in a God fall apart like pulling pins out of hinges. Now keep in mind that I'm probably crazy and do believe in bigfoot and alien life. Here are three thought experiments and such to support my belief that there is no God. Now this is not to convince you or anyone, just to uphold what I think, because what kind of person would I be without justifying my own beliefs.
1) Biodiversity, just take a look at the variety of life and more importantly the distribution of that life. If all modern land animals descended from those from Noah's Ark (and ignoring that forty days submerged would kill all terrestrial plant life, because God can do whatever he wants) How did certain species get to Australia and not managed to kill everything along the way or die swimming to the continent? How did the vastly diverse animals suited to their niche in the Amazon Rainforest get there? To me evolution and continental drift make sense instead of Noah's Ark surviving the flood account,
2) Death, just about everything runs on death of some kind. Carnivores kill herbivores, herbivores kill plants, and decomposers feed off of the dead to recycle the nutrients back to the plants. How could there been have a Garden of Eden without death when the majority of things are intrinsically designed to need death to live?
3) I forgot this one, I was thinking of including additional support in my video, But I forgot this one...It'll come to me. Possibly something about obsolete traits with functions no longer needed, but If God made man why did we get them in the first place? Like how there are better ways to design a spine for an upright bipedal.
And since this could all be invalidated by the phrase "It's God we are talking about, God can do whatever God wants." While true and I can neither definitively disprove him (and you cannot definitively prove him), what would that say about God? Did God lie? Did God exaggerate or steal credit? Or what?
Now I may not be an authoritative expert, but so far Christianity doesn't answer my questions. And for me speaking up is quite a risky move, I could lose you as a friend or my status in the Real World. And please don't say that I never gave it a chance, I gave Christianity over a decade and was convinced as long as I didn't think. But now I am finding holes in secret while bombarded by "the end is neigh" and people hammering it in. And for the most part I'm forced to lie to keep the peace.
But you know what, your passion and boldness is the sole thing giving me the courage to type this. You are a good person, and I hope you don't think any less of me. And I don't want change you, just give you a bit more of an understanding of me.
