Hi Sau, I'm Swith. I do the leg work for our OP, Cer. I looked through your posts and don't see anything too bad. We'll need the one paragraph that describes your character, please. You can add it to your application.

He won't be online until tomorrow afternoon or early evening. He's the one who approves for IC. If I were to hazard a guess, he'd state that we post "past tense", and he'd probably want to see a little more "world painting" (weaving your character into a scene by describing the world around him.) That's a skill you can pick up over time here.

One of my characters owns a bar and needs a bartender. If approved by the OP, your character would have a job at least. We'll need to wait on Cer.
