My apologies, I shall put only the corrected section from now on.

Twenty round mag. I roll twenty times, with a bonus modification for each roll. Bonuses dwindle after each roll and negatives are added on due to physical exertion/exhaustion. However, other things need to be taken into account. Duress put on joints and muscles, friction and heat, and so on. Other skills play into it. Enhanced stamina, modified physiology for example.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBZWCHWqwGc 100 rounds in 7 seconds from an M-16. No dodge after the first few rounds.

The best way to dodge a bullet is to not be in the path. Standing in the open is the worst way. Other things (bolter rounds) might be harder to dodge. Increased difficulty. Even if a projectile is dodged it doesn't mean that the projectile doesn't cause some other damage. One of my characters carries a modified round that explodes upon proximity to a target, as example.

Combat tables and percentiles!

Target moving... shooter moving... bonuses or negatives.
Aimed vs not aimed... bonuses or negatives.
Weapons failure rolls for each bullet.

It's the most realistic thing I've ever seen. I'm glad you use it.

Yei, if I can make a suggestion? Anime has to blend with the other genre in PL. She could have "Enhanced Condition" at 12 and still have problems dodging. We follow physics. Her joints would fail as she attempted to continue dodging. The muscles would be put to hard work and chemical reactions in the body might weaken and/or kill her. There are a ton of other factors.

You need to break down that skill you have at 8 so we know what it is. It's now too broad and she's too powerful.

My suggestion? Forget dodging bullets. If she dodges them, the bad guy will drop the gun and hit her with a plasma ball or drop a bus on her from out of nowhere.

I see your point. Concerning 'Enhanced condition', it's mainly her enhanced reflex that's pushing the skill at such a high number of points. Without it, 'Enhanced Condition' would only have about three points. In order to specify, the skill 'Enchanced Condition' includes jumping, sprinting, agility, and strength (basically what is listed). With much consideration, I think I will go with this:

Character Powers (if any): (12 points to spend, no single power over 8 )
Enhanced Condition: Despite having a high number of points in this category, her physical abilities are not as impressive it seems. She has the ability to do flips and the like, quickly accelerate for a quick dash, have slightly above normal strength, and to jump to a maximum of about twelve meters. However, her enhanced condition also increases her reflexes to the point in which she can dodge bullets. (7 points)
Flash Precognition: Ability to detect danger to herself a second before it happens (1 point)
Regeneration: A nanobot generating organ allows the production of nanobots with in turn allow here to regenerate basic wounds. More serious wounds will take more time to recover. If the brain itself sustains serious injury, it cannot be repaired. (4 points)
Total points: 12

It would still come down to a roll. The reason isn't to punish you but to keep harmony between players. Dodging a three-round burst is plausible. Continued dodging for full automatic is probable-to-near impossible due to physical exertion unless she's running to cover. Otherwise I have "My enchanted gun never misses" vs "I dodge every bullet fired".

The other thing to take into account is that "standard bullets" are carried by a few players and some law enforcement. We've been hit by Drones, Cthulhu and other heavy things. We have a lot of future tech. Some FT characters' weapons fire rounds that actually track the target as it moves. No dodge. Others fire weapons that have a cone effect.

That said, it is seldom (extremely rare) for anyone to fire on anyone else. Our invasions never involved enemy that fired bullets in any form.

The other problem is "I dodged all his punches because I can dodge bullets". It negates battle interaction and is unfair to other players.

I understand that continuous dodging is near impossible, however, I would like to keep my skills as posted in the previous post.
(Hopefully, I might be able to increase dodge rate with the following combo: Flash Precognition -> Enhanced Condition (Reflexes) -> Enhanced Condition (Sprint))

Let's not confuse Swith since she'd be the one that adds tabs. Make the changes to your app on the first page of this OOC, and then she'll know which one to link to.

I'll approve the changed one.

Thank you very much.

The lobby is where most start. It appears differently to everyone. Whatever your character imagines something good to be is how it looks. Some things never change. The reception desk where the lease papers are turned in, the box on the wall where payments are made (things vanish inside), the Thinking Bench on one wall near an old fashioned phone booth from the 1930s. There is a lift (elevator). There are a few doors marked Bomb Shelter (private entrance to a residence) and Chaos Quarters (private entrance to another dimension - knock first). There are mailboxes in the vestibule between front door and lobby and there's also a panel there where you can buzz a character's apartment (found that tidbit in an old thread).

Typically a character comes in, fills out the forms and hands them in, and is given a golden key to his apartment.

Upstairs. There is a stairway that leads from lobby to the next floor. This has the communal kitchen, communal dining room and a communal rec room. It's open for everyone to use. Characters gather here. There's a gym, library and some other things. Apartments are found on upper floors. The "penthouse" is taken (reserved space). The roof also contains some things. You'd need to look at tabs on the first page.
