We're currently at the last point between civilization and the beyond.

So I don't know how feasible this would be, but I was considering a character that the rest of the gang would find in stasis, in an escape pod from whenever it was that ships could last enter the system. S/he would be amnesiac upon revival, but nevertheless willing to join the group for lack of anything else to do.

Might be a stretch, since it's been a long time since the gravitic flux. I haven't defined the number of years because I suck at that shit. I think it's doable.

At a fire rate of two hundred rounds per minute, that's quite a mouthful.

It doesn't have a vocabulator, thankfully. It's either text or data packets.

Heh, funny-ish story. I was really bored one day and spent a lot of time flipping through my vehicle's log, which is basically a list of all events that are a bit out of the ordinary. Among the routine can't-find-file-roots, hydraulic leaks and unresponsive headlights, there was one entry that caught my attention: "Minor dose of neurotoxin detected."

It was terrifying, but also pretty awesome.
