I'm just imagining the scenarios with your character. What's even more funny is that he fits in to the universe a bit.

The Psuedo-Democratic States of the Doge wrote:Name: Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain (Or so he says...)
Sex: Male
Age: Middle-Aged; The common guess would be around 45.
Height: 5'11
Weight: Average, but closer to the overweight size; The common guess would be around 170
General appearance:(Image)
If your looking for the average, you'll be confused. If your trying to find something in common, you'll be befuddled. Chamberlain usually sits on top of his horse and is commonly seen blowing on his dirtied maple wood pipe. With his Civil War era mustache and etiquette, you'll think he's in a time warp. Surprisingly enough, he looks just like the real Chamberlain. Sometimes he'll have his Union cap on, but usually he'll have it off. His uniform is dirtied, yet surprisingly still intact. He has a shined silver scabbard on his left side, along with some bags on his horse and a canteen slung around his shoulder. He has a repeating carbine slung around him as well, along with a holstered revolver on his buckle.
Skills: Charismatic, "Hype-man", warrior heartened, strategical master, decent shot
Stuff they own: 30-30 Cal. Marlin Model 336 Lever-Action Rifle (http://www.marlinfirearms.com/images/bigbore/zoom_1895M.jpg), Colt M1892 Revolver, Model 1840 Cavalry Saber, a mechanical horse (It has some artificial intelligence and appears to look real, as it is covered in brown horse hair), hardtack, some salt pork, a decent amount of ammunition, an ammunition converting set, cast-iron skillet, a canteen of Old Crow Rye Whiskey, a maple wood pipe with some dried tobacco, mustache wax.
Personality: Peculiar, Old Age etiquette, Charismatic, Serious, Lionhearted, Quick-tempered.
Traits, quirks, habits: History, tends to live like a Civil War general, oddly has "flashbacks" to when he was fighting on Little Round Top, good at managing resources.
Likes: Salt pork, bacon, coffee, giving strategic positions, Civil War-era history
Dislikes: Uneducated conversations, being deprived of his coffee, any insults towards his appearance or horse.
Reason for becoming a Vagabond: After being shipped to Postapoctalyptica to possibly help start a school to teach U.S. history, Chamberlain noticed that the society wasn't really interested. He brought his stuff with him and traveled on, hoping to lead men into battle.
Bio: Claiming to have been born long ago, Chamberlain's biography can never really be "set in stone". His story perplexes people, as how could a Civil War-era general live for that long? He claims to have been born in Maine, fighting for the Maine's 20th Infantry during the Civil War. He supposedly led them on Little Round Top, defeating the Confederate Army, holding the line against numerous attacks. He is very knowledgeable about history in general and seems like he can't stop talking about it.

This is the exact reason why I usually dislike fight scenes. They're only interesting if they involve teamwork, and that's hard when people are on different timezones and schedules.

I'm not bugging.
I like fight scenes because they're fun, if a little slow.
