We've got some pretty interesting characters here, and I personally would like to explore their backstories a bit more closely. So I was thinking that, in the future, we could have an episode dedicated to each Vagabond's past. Like Furia running into her old bandit friends and being torn about who to stay with. Or Elsha's debt collectors. Or Russell's UNSEC or Gazprom contacts. That sorta stuff.

If anybody is interested, TG me with ideas and I'll see if we can't integrate them into the main story somehow. Don't post them here. We don't want spoilers, do we now?

I have one huge revelation about my character, but I'm going to keep it all to myself.

Also, I apologize if my post is a bit weird. I don't really understand how it works. Do we just take the supplies and pay once we are out or is there some sort of register. I should have asked this before posting, but can you clarify.

What I thought was that you can just post about what your character buys. Basically an hour of spare time at the outpost. I'm not going to scrutinize who you pay to or how much money there is in your wallet. Just don't go overboard. You don't have to wait for me to confirm your purchase, just go ahead and RP the whole transaction.

We could run into Russ's UNSEC contacts, or his Gazprom contacts, though he'd be conversing with the Gazprom ones in Chinese.

Gazprom is a Russian company...

One of the great conglomerates who initially settled Rigel-3, the originally Russian but these days mostly Chinese-owned Gazprom has, as opposed to most of their competitors, managed to retain some degree of organization and influence. They control large parts of the timonium refineries in the Eastern Dune Sea, an area very rich in the element, and have a large, if ill-equipped and only moderately trained security force.

Like, the second one.

Also, latest IC post by me states that Andrei found it unusual that there were Gazprom employees who couldn't speak Chinese.

Yep. On topics that you know about and interest you. There would obviously be a lot of inconsistency at first, so starting with your character would be good.

Then again, I kind of like how the world is evolving now. There's an air of mystery around it, and a wiki might ruin that.

In Zee's defense, to him, anything that looks like a gun is a random gun.

Seconded.
Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.

I partook in some minor character controlling in my last post, sorry about that. I felt it was necessary to make the situation sensible.

Now we just need for anybody who hasn't yet to finish their shopping so we can move along.
