Raka looked horrified as many forms appeared suddenly. Even for a former police like him, it's madness! It's madness! It's madness! It's a terrifying forms of the darkness! Why he get into this problem? He took a long breath and prayed to Allah for protection of himself from this satanic forms! After finished, he took another long breath and moving away.

He rushed quickly into the exit door to escape from these forms while he aiming his pistol to the forms and fires its pistol

Albert and Jacob were doing much the same, fleeing for the nearest exit they could find. Jacob's path took him towards an insectoid resident(Ki) who had stepped in right before things exploded and the lights went out. Making a split second decision, Jacob grabbed the creature, assuming it was a real version, as he'd not moved much from where he had been before all hell broke loose, and basically picked him up, utilizing his strength to pull this creature along with him as he ran out the dining room at top speed(much faster than most humans could get, too) aiming to break through and jump out a the nearest window he could find, hopefully saving this resident in the process (who was incredibly startled, not only bythe shadowy creatures attacking the group, but by suddenly being moved and held aloft through the hallways as well).

Albert, meanwhile, was doing just about the same with Ray, picking up the fox-man to make sure he was moving and running off down the nearest hallway, which was the on that Sterling was going along. He wanted to make sure above all that Ray escaped from his, and by picking up ray, it would likely mean that Albert would be an easier target for anything running after them. "Sorry about this Ray, we just have to get out of here, and we can move faster if I'm carrying you." Albert shouted over the noise, heading for the stairs after a dark shape that seemed to be fleeing as well, which had the vague shape of a horse, albeit a small one.

The sudden cacophony of noise and screaming sent young Tora into a panic. She needed to get out of the room now, and get to safety. The older residents might be her best hope, she thought, since there was Bran and Minerva and some other voices she recognized. "Come on!", She told her sister, bolting for the doorway and her friends. The things may have still been in the halls, but at least it was better than being in this darker room. Torii knew that she was also no match alone, and especially guarding her sister. Getting separated was not an option for her. "Guys!", She called out. "Minerva, Gio, big space dude!"

"I take that as a no to Wolfgang's question," Leroy said, pulling his sniper rifle off his back. It was a laser rifle, and could be fired with one hand, due to no recoil. Though, without training, it would be a bit heavy for just anyone to fire and actually aim with one hand. Due to being a laser, rifle, it didn't require reloading, but would overheat if fired too many times in a row. "Just my luck to get here ten minutes before everything goes to hell," He muttered as his armor began to 'fold' over him. It came from his boots, a metal bracer that he had on each wrist, a belt and a sort of metal 'choker' that he had around his neck. It folded over his body and snapped together, completely covering him. He sheathed his sword and crouched down, lifting his rifle up so that he would be ready to fire at anything that came out of the room.

In an attempt to prevent Leroy from shooting everyone in sight, Wolfgang decided to try a different attempt to stop people from leaving further in to the building. He crouched in to fighting position and bared his teeth, pinning his ears back and looking a fierce as he knew how. With any luck, anyone coming out would stop at the sight of the pissed off, three-foot-tall wolf that looked like it wanted to eat everyone. He growled or snarled at anyone who left the room.

"Stop!" Leroy snapped at anyone leaving the room. "Come no further, or I will shoot you." Beside him, Wolfgang snarled, hoping to scare them in to obeying.

"-Bleep-, I'm coming!" It came out as a meow. Frustrated, Nick raised his voice. "Cut it out, will you?!" He started hearing voices. Some of them screams. It seemed to take hours, but finally the cat reached the door. Which he realized was a mouse hole. Next to it was a tiny red-and white dot which started shrieking. "Eat me!! Eat me!!" The cat did, whereupon he shrank until he could just fit through the door. He looked through a peephole which appeared; some dirt of party appeared to be occurring. Specifically, a group of people, each with a placemat, surrounded a whirlpool of said material, whooping up a storm. They were banging on the ground at random intervals.

I need the vegetables.
Nick rushed back to grab them, dropping them several times before successfully situating them in his back. He tried to go through the door, but found himself unable to move.

A ball rolled out the door, growing as it did so. A little girl spoke. Had Nick been awake or perhaps in a different dream, he would have recognized her as the one who had been nice at the animal shelter.
"The snowglobe. Take it. "
Shrugging- illogical as that was- he did. The vegetables floated through the door, coming to rest on the churning mud. They promptly animated, getting into an argument and then making mud pies.

A fair trade.
The noises had been continuing throughout, escalating occasionally. Nick all of a sudden felt terrified. But he had to go on.
After some walking, he encountered...
that kid. She towered over him, as usual.
Shit shit shit shit shit.
Cheerfully, she picked him up, ignoring the snowglobe.
"Hi, nice kitty!" In the distance, Nick could hear screams. "Do you want to help me find the bacon?"
No, I don't. But I can't talk to you. It isn't safe. "I have a map. It's supposed to help me destroy it. I don't know why I need to destroy bacon. Do you?" She positioned Nick so that he was staring straight into her eyes. "Well, do you?
The scene changed; the pair found themselves in a river, the girl still muttering about bacon. Nick tried to swim away, as far as possible. He only managed to go a few feet before freezing again. Laughing, the girl came over, saying in a singsong voice, "Naughty kitten, not nice, strayed too far from mommy, now you pay the price!
Helpless, Nick awaited his impending doom as her strong arms grabbed him-
And brought him to her chest. He looked up into soft hazel eyes.
"Psych. You're okay now, sweetie."
Nick licked his butt. Amazingly, the snowglobe still didn't fall.
"Hahaha, you're so silly! Wish you could talk. Maybe you know something about the bacon."

It's now or never. I need her help...

<I can. Sorta.>
The girl started trembling, and pulled apart into two girls- one with wavy brown hair and steely blue eyes, aka THAT KID, and one whose hair was constantly changing color and who retained the hazel eyes. Nick and Hazel Eyes started to run, Nick tearing off and Hazel following at a distance.
"Kitten, get back here!" Nick found himself unable to move, slowly slipping downwards toward her. "You too, Sissy. I don't want to deal with you or the freak, but we have to... Deal with the bacon. Or have you forgotten already?" Steel Eyes glared at Hazel, who had caught the falling cat, and tapped the map.
The scene changed, with the trio now in a pigpen.
"We can destroy the bacon by killing the pigs."
"We can destroy the bacon by keeping them alive. Then they won't be bacon."
"Someday they will. Unless we immolate them. Then they'll be charcoal, never bacon."
"It's your pick, Nick!" Steel and Hazel, for a moment, merged. "Who will you side with?" They came apart, splintering.
"Bigot sis." "Sissy."
"Charcoal is good for cooking vegetables." Steel wagged a finger. "The mud people will like you if you bring it."
"Trust me, Nick. Please. Trust me." A tear rolled down Hazel's cheek.
A crashing noise. The three swiveled around. The barn had fallen. Hazel set a hand on Nick's head, trying to make herself heard.

I'm so sorry. But I'm here now. Please, sweetie, please.
<...Okay.>
"The pigs live." Hazel put her hands on her hips.
"What?! How could you give up hope of them accepting you, kitten, how could you?!" With that, Steel changed. First, her irises lost all hints of blue. Then, the gray started leaking out, first covering her sclera and pupils and then the remainder of her body. She became longer and at points much thinner, until she resembled a screwdriver.

Steel began to unscrew the world. Literally. She started by dismantling what was left of the barn, then started undoing bonds on a far smaller scale. Things crashed down, tore apart, accompanied by loud sounds.
Nick. You have to stop her.
<Why me?>
You have the globe.
<Why?>
The snow globe! Dreams, wishes! Stand up to her! You can do it! Light over dark, good over evil, dream over nightmare, creation over destruction! Do it! Believe!
I'm the wrong person. <You do it.>
No. Nick, it has to be you. You tie it together. You know her.
<How?>
I don't know. But you have to somehow. Do it with me.
<Do it with me.>
One <One>
Wait. Listen. She's a screwdriver, should go both ways, but can only unscrew.
<Aren't you the other side?>
Yes. But I can't bear to lose who I am. The snow globe is the other side too. Listen. I can screw, create. You can do either. Or both. You made the vegetables by cutting them. She has potential, but lacks it, has lost it, because of who she is.
<Is unscrewing ever okay?>
<It depends on the situation, right? To protect the others, I have to... Unscrew her?>
I hope not. But you're right. If you have to, at least reassemble her. There's a bit of good, and a lot to repurpose. Don't let it go to waste.
<How? How?>
The globe.
Two <Two>
Three!
The globe began to grow. Finally understanding, Nick rolled it towards Steel, and it rolled over her, pulling her in as the glass shifted. Snowflakes, just plastic glitter, hit and melted.
<Wait, won't she unscrew that too?>
She can't unscrew everything. If it keeps creating, she'll fall behind, get swamped.
<How do I make that happen?>
Think, Nick? Where are you creative? Where do you have a lot of control?
<......My...head?> The cat touched his forehead to the ball.
Which was sucked in.

The snow started to fall, faster than ever, real snow this time, as Steel froze.
<I control her now. She's still scary. I don't want her here.>
Just a memory. Don't be afraid. Now, why don't you run home?
<But...>
She kissed his head.
"You'll be okay. I'm still here."
With that, she shrunk to dirt-person size and leapt into Nick's head.

As it should be. See? We're always here!

"Oh, you little shit!" Kei cried out in pain as 'Saren's teeth sunk into her arm. The real Saren wouldn't do this, having known Kei and seeming comfortable around her, but still, she didn't want to take any chances with a Prince. She aggressively ripped the Saren away from her, and hissed, trying the best she could to not hurt the thing, but just get it away from her.

Bran looked up, and his eyes went wide. He let out a shrill yelp and turned back the other way, heading for the Window where the others seemed to be heading to escape. He grabbed Rylli's hand and started to drag her the other way as well.

Giovenith panicked at the sudden explosion of activity, whipping her head around in frantic, futile effort to keep up with the creatures that danced in the darkness. Moved by the insistence to move, Cerril's screaming, and the general chaos, the godling dug her fingers into Mandi's arm and ripped him through the dark with her toward the window with the others. If everyone was heading there, it could mean that the numbers indicated safety, to be assumed.

"Stay close!" she warned Mandi.

Meanwhile, Willow jumped at the flitting, flying, and hissing. It was as if the darkness itself grew teeth, dripping with maliciousness. The pony's jumped onto his front legs and let their hind counterparts snap keenly into one of the masses, then jerked to another side as the mayhem spun through, tripping and skitting from his previous standing. He couldn't tell left from right, and had lost Cerril and Sterling in the wild, leaving him torn between his drive to assist his friends (despite this being largely futile right now), and common sense.

"Gio, Sterling-?!" Willow called, in halted frustration. There was nothing he could do. "Get out like they said!" he warned, making for the window like instructed. Many people were already scattering toward it, making things a little crowded.

The Carlisle wrote:Kale was about to speak, but then everything went to shit. The noise scared her and the chaos only furthered it. She did what she usually did in these situations and grabbed for the person nearest to her. This person turned out to be Deuce. She grasped onto his leg tightly, refusing to let go.

"W-What the hell is g-going on?!," she said with her eyes closed, shaking with fear.

Deuce had picked up most of the prattling between cultists although he was unfamiliar with whatever the hell it was they were going on about. "Some sort of shapeshifter," he replied to Kale. He took a step towards the window (thus taking Kale with him) but paused when he heard the infant crying. His eyes scanned the room and located the child flailing in his captor's arms.

"Fuck."

A large fist punched down the form that had sprung up in front of him and the Astartes took a step towards the kitchen (with Kale still attached to his leg). He looked down at the tiny humanoid. "You make vines, plant girly? Can you make vines that glow? Shoot them straight out towards the kitchen. Knock everything down. The magic will attract things but I'll take care of them with my fists. Someone's stealing an infant, you see. Can't have that."

Katya's grip on her sister became steel. She roughly yanked her sibling back. "No, I think we'll stay. We'll stay a long time. Stay with me, Torii. Forever."

The false Saren bounced hard on the floor and popped up again in the perfect image of Ti. "Silly bitch," he laughed in Ti's voice. "You like it rough?"

Rylli followed Bran, her breath cycling heavily as fear overtook her. "Please, get me out. Please don't let me die here."

Todesfall stood beside Leroy and Wolfgang. The stairwell behind him darkened as did the far end of the hall. Anyone who managed to enter either spot would find themselves stepping into a haze. It was similar to one of Charumati's spheres but, being Todesfall, was purely daemon-spawned and lacking her subtle nuances. They'd find themselves in the dark and butting against a barrier before being pushed back to the small section of hallway the trio were guarding.

Sterling skidded to a halt as he noticed a human with some big metal stick thingy pointed at them. He immediately assumed it was dangerous, otherwise there would be no reason for them to be pointing it at them. He kneaded at the ground with his hooves as he stared at them, very very obviously terrified out of his wits. "P-please let me past, sir! I'm not one of those changeling things!" He glanced back, hoping those things weren't following, noticing that some people had also stopped behind him, including a very fuzzy human-thing and humans who had traits of animals.

"Yeah, the little horse is right, let us past, please." Jacob called out to the sniper, setting the insectoid resident down again now that they were out of the room and couldn't keep running. Albert did the same with Ray, making sure that he was solidly on his feet before grasping onto the furry's hand, mainly to make sure that Ray couldn't be lost or pulled away without him noticing and being able to react. The second personification stayed quiet, watching behind them for any approaching shape shifting monsters. But he only noticed a black haze, confusing him greatly. Where had that come from?

"I'm supposed to just take your word for it?" Leroy growled, his voice slightly robotic sounding as it filtered through his helmet,"Not another step, or you get a shot through the head." He took his left hand off the gun and pointed it at the person behind the....pony. It was a strange gesture, but clearly a threat. His hand was balled in to a fist and it almost looked as though he were aiming. This was because he was, as he had a gun built in to his left arm. "You can stand there if you wish, but no closer."

Wolfgang growled slightly, though he felt bad about it. These people were trying to escape from a danger, and he was standing between them and safety. He could tell that Leroy didn't feel bad at all, and would probably simply leave them all for dead if that were a choice.

"And think. I almost thought that you really were Saren." Kei grinned, now knowing that this interloper was fair game for her to dismember, or . . . Maybe add to her collection? Nah, this shit deserved to be eviscerated for morphing into Ti. "It's going to get rough for you soon." She said, unsheathing one of her swords, and charging forward. Her intent was to slice through his chest cavity.

--

"We won't." Bran said, looking annoyed as he made his way over to Minerva's voice, right where the window was. He still had Rylli in tow, and as much as he wanted to bitch her out for breaking his concentration, love for her prevented this.

Cerril sighed and looked around. He wasn't dumb enough to run in there without a weapon. And a squad of his best soldiers, the Arkkyadetchi, but he couldn't exactly leave Saren in there alone. He looked around... most of these people didn't know how to use weapons, at least from the look of it, and he didn't know if there was a place here that even sold guns. "Anyone know where we can get guns? I'm talking heavy caliber stuff here, something big enough to knock those shapeshifting bastards down for a while. I'm not leaving my son in there."

What? What was her sister rambling about here? They were being attacked in a dark room by shape-

shape shifters?

"What the hell are you saying!?", Torii screamed, not fully aware yet. "Stay with...but..."

Her heart sank when she fully understood what was happening. "Sis...you're not my sister...are you?", She asked. No...her sister wouldn't ask her to stay in this place. This was wrong. It was her sister, or rather, it seemed to be, but what she just asked Tora to do, how she said it, it was too wrong, too out-of-character. It was something else, that made the hairs on her neck stand on end. This was not her sister.

"B-b-b-b.....", She stuttered. She tried backing away, but her "sister's" grip was too strong. She tried yanking free to no avail. She needed help. The adults were still there, and that big space man, and Minerva.

She screamed for help, as loud as she could, and tried fighting away from the thing's grip on her arm as hard as she could.

Todesfall glared at the group which had emerged from the dining room. "All of you could be shapeshifters," he echoed Leroy's sentiments. "We'd rather not shoot residents. Stand against the wall." This was Todesfall's attempt to be soothing and polite. He lacked those skills and his words came out as a growl that harmonized with the dire wolf next to him. "Or go into the rec room and amuse yourselves. Either way, you're not leaving the vicinity. If you try, you'll hit a wall. If you protest too much, you'll taste laser."

Ti smiled although the dark covered up the sarcastic grin. "Well played, lover," he cooed as the sword sliced through him. It passed as if cutting mist (because that's what he was) and his hand solidified as it swept forward. The slap grazed Kei's cheek but barely made contact. These creatures were lacking the fine talents needed for hand-to-hand.

Rylli stepped through the window and clumsily landed on top of the van. She was pale despite her normally pleasing skin tone and she stared up at Bran with pleading eyes. She was shivering from fear.

"No one goes back in," Minerva barked at Cerril. She'd drawn a pistol to cover people as they set their backs to the room. The shapes were moving just out of the light but wouldn't enter it. "No one goes back. Deuce is going after the toddler." Jorgen remained beside her and helped to catch people as they vaulted across the short distance. Both of their eyes widened at Torii screamed.

Chrys, Hans, Rudolf and the Klingon were still in the room. Minerva urged the cultists to launch an assault on whatever had grabbed the girl.

Katya's grip intensified and she accepted the blows from Torii's fists. "Tut, tut, don't struggle. You'll only die tired," she wheezed. Torii was treated to the stench of repugnant breath.

Cinnamons and Flint had both wanted to just leave, but things were getting deep serious. Flint had heard Tori's scream and momentarily forgot about the immediate threat of not leaving. She dashed to the girl. Cinnamon looked to where Flint had just been and blinked. "I...Uh....wha-" She stopped and suddenly turned when Flint's roar assaulted her ear's as the self-made Stalker charged with her rifle and was fixing to bowl right into the struggling pair.

It was by pure luck that nobody in the room was hit by bullets. They were ineffective on the shape shifters. The lead passed through them and they reformed once more.

Raka would find himself in the hall with some of the others, his progress blocked by three formidable forms.

Hans, who was on the opposite side of the room as Raka, turned to look at his beloved. "I have to save the girl."

Well, not really. He still hadn't had the opportunity to purge his inclination to beat the fuck out of something and this was the perfect excuse. His eyes sparkled in mischievous glint and a playful smile graced his face. Perhaps his battle maiden would join him in a little fun? His heart hoped so. The window was the coward's way out although he appreciated what Minerva was trying to do.

Rudolf had remained beside the Klingon mostly as an excuse to stomp things but also because he was fascinated by the sweet little fur balls clustered around the lizard dog. Er, dog lizard? Alien animal with sharp, pointy teeth. They cooed and trilled and seemed to spit at his companion although Rudolf couldn't imagine why. Aufhocker read thoughts and surly these furry beasts were something displeasing to Mezran in some fashion.

Two cultists happened upon Tsanis' sandball. They could sense the demon inside of it (they at first mistook it for a gritty dung ball) and gently pushed it towards the window. It seemed to glide under its own power and was soon outside, still perfectly formed with two eye holes that looked out into the dusk. The sun was setting in Bielefeld and that protective light would soon be gone.

Katya's body morphed and Flint found herself bouncing off a large and menacing Bloodsucker that, for all intents and purposes, could have just crawled out of a Yanov swamp. It bellowed at her and twisted Torii's arm until the girl was practically dangling off the floor.

Giovenith and Mandi emerged from the window and were helped to safety by Jorgen. Willow knocked through his assailants; they had a difficult time trying to penetrate the creature's mind and were utterly confused by the Pony's native fears. He, too, gained the window and was soon standing on the van's roof with the others.

Scandi and the Death were still on the floor in the dining room, lost somewhere in the dark and struggling.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

Flint was dumbstruck as to how a Bloodsucker could've gotten here, but was more concerned with the fact that it had Tori. She quickly drew her rifle. If it was any other Stalker, they might've turned tail and ran, but Flint was different. After taking on a whole lair of the creatures by herself, she no longer felt so afraid of them. She still knew what they were capable of, but she knew just how to engage them. She raised the rifle and dilligently shot for it's arm. The muzzle flash provided a bit of a strobe effect.

Dora folded her arms and sat down without a word, though the scowl twisting her normally stoic beauty warned everyone not to talk to her without an adequate bribe. Which, in this case, meant a bottle of alcohol or a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. Am I getting too old for this, or do I start it up again?

Mortimer struggled for a while, until he gave it up. He wasn't getting anywhere. He had been stupid to come this close. Then again, he didn't have much experience with what traps looked like before they sprung. After they were sprung was another matter. He had seen lots of those. They just weren't hidden afterwards. "Can anybody hear me?" he asked.

The form of her sibling latching on to her hand further, and her voice falling her that she was going to die there, was starting to break down the teen's rationality even more. The scent of death clung to her "sister", and in all of this, she seemed so calm. It frightened Tora, and she kept trying to fight, but her knees were beginning to shake, and her mind was racing. Why was nobody coming!? She didn't notice Flint. She was too scared; she was now fighting even harder, yanking and punching and scratching.

But then Flint attacked, the the thing morphed, twisting her arm around. A sickening pop beckoned a sharp pain that coursed through her arm and torso, and Torii a managed a sickly groan and a scream of terror. As she was lifted off of the ground, she spun around with her arm, alleviating some of the pain, but she was still hurting. Everything was happening too fast, and she was just trying to shut out everything for her own sake. The hellish beast was too strong for her.

She did manage to squeak out none sentence as she stared at the monster.

"I don't want to die."

Javert had run out into the hall with some of the others. His wolf instincts were trying to overpower his logical thinking, and he was torn between the human thought of trying to help some of the people in danger and the wolfish instinct of running away from a threat stronger than him. In light of this, he was pacing back and forth, gesturing to himself. He seemed to be rather unaware of his surroundings.

With some struggle, Giovenith scrambled up and tried to drag Mandi up. Her mind had been frazzled by the rush of the events, but now that they were out of the pitch black, she could assess and plan. They were on a van?

"Can't we go back around?!" she asked, precariously trying to slide down the van, before being promptly assisted by the one with wings. "People are still being attacked in there!"

"TRIBBLES!" Mezran bellowed at the familiar sound and sight of them. They were the worst infestation of the galaxy, sans the Ferengi. Always multiplying, always feeding. These seemingly harmless furred creatures were the bane of existance and the Klingon Empire had launched many campaigns to eradicate their species. But they always survived, on the pure good will of those that found it adorable, or helpless, or both. Their benign nature betrayed their true motives, to feed and reproduce. There was no filter that they processed for food, no environment that they couldn't adapt to; they were vermin of the worse lot in evolution.

"Hoch pIHoH jIH! (I will kill you all!)" Mezran bellowed in righteous fervor and charged at the sight of the lizard creature and the furballs, swiping at them with his mek'leth, twirling around with his d'k'tagh and plunging their sharp blades upon the creatures one after another in a violent craze. "lam roQ, 'ach SeHbogh! (Vermin, most unclean!)," the Klingon cursed, swiping and slicing at the creatures before him. It felt as though it was some kind of nightmare come true, to be plagued by an endless horde of tribbles with its master lizard targ at its command. No greater honor could be bestowed upon a Klingon to eradicate the worse vermin in the galaxy. "petaQ'pu! I will erase you from the universe itself! All of you, unworthy of an honorable death!" Mezran continued in a frenzy of unrelenting bloodlust at the sight of these 'harmless' creatures. "I will rid the Empire of its greatest enemy!"

In midst of his slashing and killing of "innocent" tribbles, the Klingon spotted the creature that reminded him of a mutated targ that endured too much theta radiation. The creature twirled its tail and made a grimace at the Klingon, staring at him like a feast to sink its vile teeth into. Mezran bared his own ragged teeth at it, his short curved sword raised and ready for a downward strike as soon as he was in range. "Lay on, petaQ! I do not feat the!" With that the grizzly Klingon bellowed a roar and charged at it.

"You know," said a familiar voice that Dan didn't recognized until the creature looked back at him. It was him, only the voice was much more oily, smoother even, refined in a calm sense that was disturbing all at once. This one was screamed different despite its spitting image of Dan. The edges of its mouth twitched at the corner of its mouth. Its brown hair fell at different angles even if there were the same as Dan's medium length. its clothes seems to be more form fitting and Its stance was aggressive. As though it had stalked them from the very beginning, waiting to make its introduction. None of it was so much as unnerving as it was...

...the eyes.

By the fates, the eyes.

They were the same as Dan's. Of mixed blue and greens, a representation of those Sidhe of Summer. But these eyes... they were devoid of any emotion past violence and pain, a haunted look of a predator that belonged to Winter. It bared its teeth in a predatory smile, tilting its head. "Never mind," shifter-Dan said and charged at the Fae and Chrys suddenly.

Out of pure instinct and fear, the Fae lashed out with his hand and illuminated a light bright enough to blind the creature. It had worked in the warehouse and Dan could only try it once more, praying it would work again. He grabbed Chrys by the forearm and pulled her to him, rushing out and leaving the illumination where it was. There was no time to warn Hans, and he only hoped the cultist had spotted it before it was too late.

"Oh, I could do this all day." Kei rolled her eyes. Seeing as the bite from Saren was still causing her slight pain, the slap barely registered to her. This was a cakewalk if it took the form of a human. She could fight that. And seeing that her sword had no effect on her target, she made the questionable decision to charge up one of her petrifying shots, and fired the blueish ball of light at the monster, the monster posing as one of her more bland lovers.

"R-Ryll-Wait." Bran stuttered, still huffing from the excitement that they had just escaped from. He knew quite a bit about his Wife, in fact, there was nearly nothing he didn't know about her, so it wasn't a surprise when he saw that his wife was now white. She didn't even get that way when she was afraid like this. "Y-you're not Rylli." He huffed, wondering what she'd say to that.
