Bio: He grew up outside of Tokyo as the son of a wealthy business owner and descendant of a great Samurai, the eldest of each generation is trained in several martial arts and at least two are are forms that involves sword practice. When the Maglium became common enough he managed to get it done into his personal armor, each descendant had his own set of armor but uses the predecessor's weapons. His armor is allot tougher than the average Samurai's but lighter and just as flexible. When the apocalypse happened, instead of staying hidden in a bunker he went out and helped people, and beat down bandits once ina a while. When he heard of a group gathering to hunt down the dragons which supposedly was the whole cause of all the troubles he felt as if it was his destiny to go and slay the dragons or atleast assist in whatever way he could.
Extras: Elven Samurai, just doesn't get better.

Bio: She grew up on a ranch in Scotland which bred sheep, at a young age she found out that her mother was going to die an early death becuase of a genetic disease, this caused her to decided to become a medical expert in hopes to save her mothers life. At nine she learned about how she could take a dose of Maglium (a regular item in her life), without the consensus of her dad she got a hold of a large dose and got a friend to inject it into her. The dose nearly killed her however thanks to immediate medical attention she pulled through with it barely. Within the week of recovery she managed to heal her mom, after that she would heal people whenever possible. When the apocalypse happened she did all that she could to help people, mostly by healing the wounded when bandits attacked (read bio below) the ranchers and when they took there wears to the city she would come along with and help anybody that needed an injury fixed. They often would often give her something in return, because having a fixed ankle can be the difference between life and death.
Extras: she wants to save as many people as she can, and will disregard her own existence to save another, to save a few hundred she would do anything (other than kill more people) and is the twin sister of Hecter.

Race: human
Maglium User: nope

Bio: Grew up on a ranch right on the edge of a major city, the ranch mainly consisted of sheep however there was also horses to which he fell in love with. Growing up hegrew so close to the horses he dedicated nearly his entire life to them, he also learned to play the highland bagpipe. When the apocalypse happened the local ranchers and two local blacksmiths banded together to survive and priteft their flocks. The strategy worked and they managed to thrive defending against bandits, and as ammo ran low the they forged and practiced using melee weapons, which luckly a few had been part of reenactment groups. However many of the animals that were once plane old animals as we know them had changed, including at least two thirds of the horses. There were a few pegesi, some unicorns, two ended up being dubed merhorses and were shiped off to the nearest lake, and his personal favorite Windrunner a stallion of tremendous speed became a hippogriff. When the little community had heard of the possibility of fixing the electrical problems, they elected to send a repesentive (that was willing) out to assist in defeating the dragon, when Maeve insisting it on being her, he insisted to go with he (being her twin).
Extra: Horse Master Elite.
The two guys are kinda tall.....Elves aren't really any taller then Humans, and your human guy is kinda tall, but that's not really a big deal. In regards to your bios, two things that are also not a HUGE deal. One, the mutations to the animals happened before the apocalypse, if that wasn't clear, and two, it would be impossible to survive the storms of the Apocalypse without some sort of cover, but it is possible to hang survive above ground using caves and whatnot (That's what Roy did.)
But, I would say Accepted, just as long as you note those things. If you would be willing to change their height, I would appreciate it, but it's not too big of a deal.

Hector is supposed to be very much on the large side of the scale, but I'll adjust Hiro's hight, and I forgot to specify that the changes were before the storm hit, also if the storm was that bad how would animals survive?

Maybe, I kinda want to keep the life magic users to a minimum. We have two high-power life-force users. Maybe if you made like, a low or medium powered one. And as for the armored part, depends on how armored and what kind of armor.

Um.....
Same way that they did before electricity was invented, and the same way that people who don't have power now do. It would suck, but it's not like it's a strange, impossible thing.
Also, I drew a picture of Xeven and his Draco, Draxis, for the hell of it.

Has anyone even tried to bring it back though? Cause that is the first thing I would do if I was an electrical engineer before all Hell broke loose.

Yes, people have tried to bring it back, and failed. It's impossible to do because the Four Dragons are somehow preventing it from coming back, which is why Roy has created the group to kill them.
No comments on my drawing?

Pretty good, he seems a bit thin though, Dear; might just be the light pencil lines that make him though. Fine, how did the dragons effect industry then?

You probably just can't see the lines properly. I mean, he's a bit skinny, yeah, but that's reasonable.
Unless you mean the Draco. He's just kinda thin.
What do you mean?
