Just a few issues we have to address here.

First, app said remove the brackets. So go ahead and edit and do that for me. As for all the terms you don;t know:

Tad concerned that your WWII weaponry knowledge may hamper you. You comfortable with more current equipment?

As for your HQ/Field offices, app made it clear that you have one Headquarters, and up to 3 field offices, so please trim that down.

Other than that, like what I see, although logo is more of a flag, but I can deal with that considering people need time to switch from National to PMC mindset.

I'll have to find the article, but please for the love of god know that the AK-47 is not the weapon you think it is. You're thinking of the AKM. AK-47 was barely a prototype, the AKm was the one you see on BBC being fired in the air by angry Congolese insurgents. And SKS, nope. Do yourself a favour, and go to the wikipedia page for assault rifles, the listed one, and then sort by year, and look for something recent.

Patrick McKrent, an Irish fighter pilot, joined in with the IRA shortly after being released from the military, along with a good number of his former squadron and ground crew. His time in the IRA was largely uneventful, marked by basic weapons training and small scale attacks. As the year 2020 neared the close, however, he got caught in a shootout which left him without a right pointer finger, ruining his chances of fighting again. Shortly after that, he left the IRA on good terms.

Left with a large chunk of cash to his name, but without many opportunities, McKrent decided to put his army training to use in the only growing market, and start a PMC. Bringing together many men he knew from his time on the Irish Air force, he started Landmark International, naming it after the IRA given name to the incident where he lost his finger.
