I could tell you the history of the mad realm as well as I could tell you the history of our realm... which I can't with just saying the big bang. Nobody really knows how it happened they just generally agree that it was a pretty bad idea for everyone involved

As for the correlation to the "sane world" well first off there is some sanity here... in small amounts but still. If you mean earth's realm then I'd just answer that it's somewhere out there. The realms are kinda woven together like a rug however travelling between them is almost impossible.
