If China can do it today, so can I, especially when my economy is much more developed in comparison. China is at 8.3 trillion gdp in RL, I would estimate myself at 10-14 trillion gdp.

That doesn't make any difference to a nationalist and anti-communist newspaper. Even if they would have died due to a surfing accident, the newspaper would have given you the fault.

Because that wasn't true in the 1940's. But also because for one, if they built it right after the war ended, they wouldn't build it in Tokyo (a loser in the war), and they always shafted China, so they wouldn't build it there.

Only thing I feel really matters is if the city has security from both domestic and foreign forces, good infrastructure, relatively good human rights, optionally somewhat democratic, some source of importance tot he world or nation before being the location of the UN Headquarters, easily reachable, and the services to host the delegates from a wide variety of cultures and nations. Of course I feel like the perception of the nation itself and city at the time in which the headquarters was established matters too, which is why I am against it being on the land of the losing side of WWII if it was made during or soon after it ended. Similarly, however it could have possibly changed locations if things changed enough

As far as I am concerned, looking at where you app is now and going I will say accepted unless overruled by the OP. Though like I said I prefer an expansion, which we will look at, before making IC posts.
