As I suggested earlier please avoid calling your nation things like "the best/largest/most advanced" because that puts a limit on the power of other nations. Also yes USSR, this is alternate history. For all we know Nigeria could be a center of technology.

For me, I wish to have military access from him for my Navy, but if so he wishes, he can have access to mine as well. And who said anything about taking control? All we want is to have a safe passage point of freighters and ships in the strait. Plus, I believe the 200 nautical mile from his shore covers that, if not. Then we will somehow sit in Int. Waters then go in if there is problem.

First off......no. More rights will not be instituted. Yes, asians might be given the right to actually access the white's and coulored public places but only whites and coloured will be allowed to vote (so current system remains) and only whites can run for presidency (yet again, current system)

As for the military access, sorry but no. We will monitor you future actions because a higly liberal nation might ally itself with the USSR.........

But we would be interested in 'cleaning' the straits from pirates.

EDIT: About the USSR, I'm not keen on aligning myself with any European Nation just yet. I will only choose them, not because of the opportunity, but because of the nation stand on human rights.

Brief Description of your nation's History: Same by American Civil war. With the start of the American Civil war the United Kingdom intervened on behalf of the Confederacy in the early June 1862 putting emphasis on states rights to cover up the issue of slavery. Simultaneously in the British Raj, a partly Christianized colony since inception, a growing native middle class, nurtured in part by the kingdoms policy of education, industrialization, more successful home rule, and unity across religions and race, in the face of a growing Qing and Japan, took power. By the kingdoms favorable policies the middle class became close followers of the crown. Although the British were generally reluctant in intervening in the colony's home rule the kingdom sent in men to Hyperdad to assist in a Hindu uprising against the Muslim rulers. Resulting in the annexation of the princely state was met with mixed feelings. While many saw it as the crown intervening to enforce the word of the people it was also seen as the lost of one of the few remaining subcontinent's "independent" states. Unsupported by America in the Second Boer war Great Britain was still able to drag out a win but only after a massive guerrilla war that ended in 1906. The length of a unpopular war with no outside support destabilized Britain. To avert attention Britain began incursions into Siam, conquering the the Malay peninsula on the backs of Barata Mysore troops. Attempts at liberalizing the market twenty years ago were overturned soon after to protect Barata producers. Bilateral agreements are instead pursued with other nations on trade. The Maldives, Andaman and Nicobar economies are based on tourism and fishing and the Malay peninsula depends on agriculture, aquaculture, small scale manufacturing, and the Kra canal. Aden, an important port, has been transformed into an extremely modern financial center akin to Hong Kong.

Brief Description of your nation's government: Since independent the nation is ruled between the former monarchs of Mysore, and two elected presidents, in which all share positions as had of state and head of government. One is elected by citizens regarding themselves as Barata while one is elected by all other groups from outside the subcontinent. The elected presidents then appoints the nations executive council made of ten people. The paper parliament is a single house of 1375 members, one representative for roughly every million citizens with a handful appointed. It has few powers besides proposing of laws and overruling the executive branch with the eighty percent vote.
