Kennedy took office these laws were already set to be signed into law, much to the disgust of the NCAP, so JFK vetoed the laws, and now in an attempt to gain more allies than the west, Pisoita is introducing these laws as the end of the new year. Plus The People's Decree was intoduced in 2012, the CRDDA is the only actual "new" piece of legislation.

If the owner is okay with it I am okay with you playing as Albania, an autonomous region of Italy. But you cannot just randomly decide to have a revolution unless he lets you. If say he started making massive reforms or there was a war maybe. But yes show me your app again for specifics.

If someone puts that few effort into the app, I can not imagine he will put more effort into the RP. I mean, there are people that wrote more than four times as much into their descriptions and they have still been declined.
