Capital or closest thing to it: Hope
Population: 12

Government Structure: One ruler, the rest advise.
Leader: Equalsun
Founding Species: Eldar
Member Species: Eldar
Species Name: Eldar
-Atom Base (Carbon, silicon etc): None
-Physical Appearance:

Technological Base: My own convoluted brain, many miscellaneous FT video games
Number of Systems under control at start of RP (0-Fleet based to 6 for new nations): 1
Historical Info: The Eldar once dominated the Galactic scene, as they were the only advanced race of their time. However, a great plague struck, killing trillions. Desperate, the last 12 Eldar of Equalsun locked themselved in permanent hibernation, escaping the plague. To ensure they did not resurface with the Infection lurking on their doorstep, a beacon was set. When investigated by sentient life, the Eldar would return.
That time, my friends, is nearing.
Anything Else you want to add?:
Though the Eldar seem OP and unrealistic at first, there are countless nerfs I have added over the years to limit and prevent them from breaking RP's. This RP, I'm trying a new idea: Namely, the fact there are only twelve, commanding hordes of machines. For more information on nerfs, I will explain anything you wish via telegram.
My awesomness bias says to let you in.
But I'll let democracy handle this.

Due to intense research and high-technology, Adenian Cartographers have managed to make the United Human Systems' name in the Key movable by simply looking at it and moving your head in a circle. Have fun with the optical illu-- I mean, technology.

I just realized... I have to make my nation fit on this map.
It can't be the usual hundred thousand lightyears from the edge of the galaxy.
