To give you a summary of Falarin IV the defending forces of my troops are hold up in a mountain cluster , while they are holding they are running low on fuel and ammunition and to top it all off two enemy legions (division sized units ) that are unscathed by fighting are preparing to attack the valley entrance which is the weakest point in the defenders lines

The systems are just ones where a hive has been made, and there are about 50 swarms in total, and they each control about 2 systems.

That's still far too much. Just think of how much of the map you'd take for example. Each sector holds roughly 7 star systems each. And even without the map you're MUCH larger than a majority (if not all) of the current empires in the RP.
