The message is ignored by the Ragnaran invasion force.

The prime minister will talk briefly about it with his ministers tomorrow.

I suggest you don't ignore it as we have a large army, a large navy and airforce near there, Even though they are fight Japan, we will fight to Protect Afghanistan aswell.

No. It will be the same as FLG2 and FLG6. But, it will differ. First off, new possibilities. Second, some restrictions. And third, my new anti-godmoding rules that I hope will prevent any kind of godmoding before it ruins the RP, like it did to FLG3 and FLG6.

Sorry, but there won't be no alternate dime-...

OK, so this RP will be the second-to-last RP I'll release.
Uieurnthlaal, you just gave me a great idea.

As not only would it bring the end to both of us, but to the rest of the world. We have a solution, when we conquer Burma, you can build a port there.

Uieurnthlaal wrote:Good luck bombing Japan now. Even the best planes can only fly a few thousand miles, and unless Ragnarum gives you a military base, you'll only be able to bomb the outer peripheries of the empire, until such a time as you manage to conquer the islands close to Japan. That's one of the reasons why I made sure to be so thorough with the war in China; it makes it impossible to bomb Japan from there, and since I control most of the pacific islands, there's an enormous buffer zone in the east, the south, and now, the west, around Japan. But, back to the war.

As the night descends, with the late-summer monsoon coming over, in heavy rain and lighting, our soldiers retreat. The battle with TBG has been very costly on the Vjörn side, with an estimated 44,000 Vjörn casualties. TBG gained 13 miles inland, pushing the boundary towards Yunnan. The reinforcements are expected to arrive in a few hours. Meanwhile, the generals wait in the shadows, apprehensive for their next order, standing guard for the moment something out of the ordinary comes by.

We own Saudi Arabia, also the new land in Burma shall have airports constructed on it. We shall bomb you from there. ( Your people don't know that so you an't deflect it, but it's not hard to foresee).

We caught your men off guard, very lucky for us. Where as the Japanese lost 44,000, we only lost 3,500-4,000 ( Numbers still not confirmed ) We shall keep pushing until we have taken all of Burma. Reinforcements are being set up in Saudi Arabia and sent in from America.

Our ships created the unexpected sudden push and sunk 2 ships and we think 1 sub ( Still unconfirmed, needs to be confirmed by Uiernthlaal ) and created a ridge in the Blockade and all our ships got through. We are now blasting the poorly supplied Japanese ships. Making this a easy maneuver for us. We are aware that the Japanese will eventually regroup and get harder to push back but we think we are in a good position to fight back.

Planes at the time, at least military planes, had an operational range of no more than 1500 miles. That means that from Myanmar, you can target China (except for the northern regions), Taiwan, Malaysia, and the Philippines, but Japan is just out of reach.

But, speaking of the war, we've reviewed the effects of the naval side, and found that indeed, two of our ships were sunk, but the submarine narrowly avoided sinking, with a fin broken off, but no more. The reinforcements, meant to arrive several days ago, still have yet to show up. Unprepared to fight with so few soldiers, our forces are retreating back northeastwards. The commander of the Southeast Asian forces sends a desperate message to the general of the forces in Burma.

Ahh, but you own some of those islands so it would be useful to us. And the US are glad to hear the Sub was not sunk as less lives are lost. The American Soldiers , now with high moral are pushing harder than ever trying to gain complete control of Burma. The total loses of American lives have mounted up to 7,000 now. Our ships don't pummel your ships s hard as was expected but still make progress taking control of the waters

OOC: Uiernthlaal can i say a personal thank you to you. Just for accepting looses and not getting annoyed and flipping out and god modding. You are a good example of how RP'ers should be.

On a somewhat related note, the final, western provinces, unwilling and unprepared to fight a heavy war, have annexed themselves to Uieurnthlaal.

But first, to bomb Japan, you would have to launch an invasion either in the Pacific, or in China itself, and then set up a base from which to launch those planes.

Not just a few ports in Burma. The whole thing is a little more complex than that.

You would become to much of a threat to the world being so powerful.

So were the mongols (duh duh duh...)

Speaking in OOC, China is our next target.

You could say I'm not since you are also taking extra land.

This definitely isn't me being on the offensive, I can do offensive if you like.

Precisely what we are doing.

Also, "liberation" is a very very wide term.
Chinese peoples liberation army as an example.

Our anti aircraft forces all around Southern China are in high alert, ever on the lookout for any plane bombing China. We have around 800 planes strategic stationed around China in the case of any air attack.

"Liberating" and "ensuring stability". Sounds suspiciously communist.

Yes but the lands, are not under attack and being invaded. You have no reason to take there lands.
