Meanwhile, the motorised AA project in Ragnarum is complete, beginning with a twin-mounted 37mm flak gun on the back of a lorry, Ragnarum will give the licence to produce these guns and trucks to its allies in the triple alliance.

Initial reports have shown that the XBFAB-36 has increased the firepower of the average Benomian fireteam by over six hundred percent. The main problem with the XBFAB-36 is the excessive weight, being roughly twice as heavy as your average bolt action rifle.

Trials have shown that modified XBFAB-36 (known as the "XBFABE1") with bakelite furniture & magazines proved lighter, but the plastic construction was prone to breakage in the field, which is unacceptable.

However the trials did produce the "XBFABE2", which is a prototype with wood furniture, but an aluminum magazine well instead of steel, as well as orange bakelite magazines. The XBFABE2 was lighter than the XBFAB-36 but lacked the reliability problems of the E1. Benomia thanks Ragnarum for their suggestions, and final field testing of the XBFABE2 is expected to occur later this week.

The military of Ragnarum finding the SW36 to heavy to act as a light machine gun, has designed the LS36A, it has a 30 round magazine, a foldable bipod and the barrels can be swapped. A water cooled version of the SW36 has also been introduced, the SW36C (Support weapon 1936, cooled) for defensive purposes.

Mortars are also becoming commonplace in the Ragnaran military, especially the 82mm and the 109mm. Meanwhile, the XBFAB is looking very impressive, Ragnarum will begin development of a similar rifle for its own military.

Testing of the XBFABE2 has concluded that the E2 version is as advanced as Benomia can reasonably attain at this time. It has been formally adopted as the KAP-36 (Kavtomat Anteka Pintun modelus 1936; Benomian for "Automatic Powerful Rifle model of 1936"). Issuance has began already, and is very quickly phasing out the now outdated bolt action rifles.

Further experimentation will occur in the cartridge it fires. The current cartridge is the 6.5x50 Benomian, which isn't quite as powerful as older, larger cartridges but offers less recoil. Development in bullet design and powder advancements have already begun.

Ragnarum has came up with the prototype design RFR36A1, it is an attempt by the military to make a similar rifle to the KAP-36, seeing how impressive it is as a rifle. Noticing the problems Benomia encountered with its first designs, Ragnarum has added Orange Bakelite and Aluminium magazines as default from stage one.

It fires a similar round as well, the 6.74x50mm R14, it has slightly more punch to it than the 6.5x50, but still has low recoil in comparison to other rifles.

US Military scientists have been thinking about the use of the rockets (only known by me and Ragnarum) on planes for air to surface combat or air to air. The problem being that the material used on the planes now would simply snap with the force of a rocket, the would snap with the recoil of a heavy gun. So we have decided to try to make a plane where the body is made of both steel and aluminium. Aluminium where strong material is not needed such as part of the tail fins and some components of the fuselage but the rest mainly composing of steel. We put the biggest plane engine we had, from the Haspa, a 12 litre V10 but the Vulture (new plane) would only travel 150 MPH and when trying to climb vertically even at a very shallow angle would most likely cut out and fall to the ground. On the bright side, when we got it flying the rockets and guns worked without a problem. We couldn't make the plane any lighter so we had to make the engine more powerful but in the same space. The engine bay (where the engine sits) was not very long but quite deep. So after 2 months of design we made a double-flat 16 litre engine. The cylinders lay in flat trays with 1 beneath the other. There were 2 (hence the name Double-flat) Not only was this engine a success but the plane was achieving speeds of 450mph and 235MPH in climbs. We are going to share this tech with Ragnarum to use for their planes if they want it. ( the plane kinda looks like the hurricane but slightly shorter and fatter.)

We are sending our newly built Vultures down to southern USA to stop the riots faster as they are starting to get out of control even with the military there.
