If we are going to continue this for any longer then I think we should slow time down a bit, adjust the timescale to how active things are.

Ragnarum has began upping the priority of its airforce in terms of recruitment and production, Ragnarum hopes to have massive fleets of bombers/dive bombers, fighters and other assorted aircraft soon. The new FA19 Falco fighter is a specialised turn fighter. It was designed specifically to minimise turn time and therefore is not too fast. Its a small aircraft, it is also a very tough plane to break and is armed with 2 x 20mm cannons in the nose and 2 x 13.4mm MG's in the bulky wings and x 1 in the nose. A naval version for aircraft carriers has also been made with specialised equipment for landing. A lot of these fighters will be produced as part of the airforce enhancement program.

I also suggest that if you can do map updates that you do, because TBG seems to be having trouble doing them.

However, if nations wish to allow free access of their ships through the canal, they can apply to the Kra Canal Commision, which requires the nation to pay annual dues to the Kra Canal Administration, the government project responsible for the building and maintaing of the canal. The dues are calculated as a fraction of the ₭24,000,000 ($4,320,000,000) cost of building the canal.

Kannap is interested in this as well. We are willing to pay ₭5,000,000 up front plus an additional ₭4,000,000 right away for a five year deal (₭800,000 per year). At the end of the five year deal we will decide if it is worth our while to continue with another contract or resign from using the canal.

After much deliberation the Imperial Diet has accepted your terms and the government of the Ruivan Empire is wiring the upfront cost to your nation now.

TBG is upgrading its military, servicing all vehicles, replacing old battered ones, but 3 new battleships and a new cruiser and 2 new submarines. This all costing $132m. (About $1bn - $1.5bn).

Also we are interested in using the canal. But we wish not to pay such a high price.

Ragnarum has began production of truck mounted rocket artillery in the form of masses of rocket tubes stuck together firing almost fully automatically. Meanwhile, secret long range rocket development is showing great progress, this technology is being shared with TBG and is undergoing further research there too.

Ragnarum would like to sell and give the licence to build FA19 Falco's and the older AF36C's. We also have aluminium, steel and copper to sell.

Now the Falco is considered a better fighter, about half the AF36C's in Ragnaran armouries will be broken down and turned into Falco's, however, the remainder will have their engines upgraded and their 20mm cannons replaced with a 37mm, this should make them more up to date and generally have a better chance.

Meanwhile, the army has decided they want a better ground attack aircraft, so the CSA23 is being made, it has 4 x 13.4mm MG's, 4 x 7.78mm MG's, 4 x 100kg bombs and 4 x 165mm rockets, in trials it showed significantly better performance than the DB36B.

Also, I know no one really reads the statistics for this stuff, but I like doing it anyway, keeps me entertained.

Our trading in Puducherry and Ceylon are going along well. We begin to send shinto missionaries to Ceylon, and start setting up schools there.

Ragnarum begins to invade Kazakhstan and Mongolia along with all the other stans in the area apart from Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The invasion will be very easy as Ragnarum has the element of surprise, also they are outclassed in almost every way.

Uieurnthlaal begins an invasion of Ceylon. Since most of the power lies in Vjörn hands anyway, we expect the invasion to be quick.

The Ruivan Five Year plan continues to make progress and prosperity in the Empire, as millions of Jobs are being created and our naval research program continues as we are looking into new ship designs and naval weapon systems. further we have begun looking into starting research on Combined arms tactics and as well as beginning to put plans forward for a new main battle tank. research is expected to take around 10 months before we see anything meaningful.
