The Rp was made on the 1st and now it is the 10th, so it has been 20 months and tomorrow it will be 1938.

No. From day 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, etc five times, 9 to 10, we have a total of nine periods of a day between the start of this RP and the current time (plus or minus an hour or two). That means that it has been 18 months, and it will be 1938 in three OOC days, plus or minus a few IC hours.

Day 10 - Day 1 = 9 Days = 18 IC Months.

We continue work on the canal. We have only advanced several kilometers since the last post, but we are beginning to make minor progress with eliminating all the tropical diseases in the region that plight our workers. We're clearing the trees on 200 meters of each side of the canal site, as we move forward. Also, residents in the area, and in fact, all of the Malay colonies, are required to eliminate all pools of standing water that could serve as a breeding ground for mosquitos, unless such water is already treated in such a way that mosquitos cannot grow there.

Kannap begins work on the construction of two aircraft carriers. The project is projected to take four years.

Kannap also begins to improve roads in all her lands, and begins plans on a highly efficient highway system. A university is also being planned to be constructed in Stockholm, and two others in Copenhagen and Oslo. The construction of these three are projected to be complete in four to five years.

The Kannapian army is demobilizing, and the lands of Denmark, Norway, and Iceland are beginning to receive the same rights as all other citizens of Kannap (the original Swedish lands).

Education reform is becoming a major project of the government:

Primary school: Grades 1-6
Secondary school: Grade 8-12
University: American "College"

This Phase One of the "Grand Reform to Kannapian Education" Plan will be taking effect within the next six months. Then Phase Two will begin.

I fixed the post. Kannap does not have aircraft carriers as of yet in this RP, other ships, yes, but not aircraft carriers. So, I fixed the post to saying I was making two and they have four years to completion.

As for the mishap the first time, I am not too knowledgable on the side of naval history.

Plenty. For example, all of Latin America except for Brazil is free.

As our canal building project moves along, unhappy with the slow progress, our contractors have hired an additional 200,000 workers on the project, increasing the size of a project by a factor of five. The costs have jumped from 0.5% of the government budget up to 3%. However, we are expected to finish 4 times faster with these new increases in construction, decreasing the estimated time remaining from 7 years to just a year and a half.

Also Kannap, my history on ww2 era is not that amazing, so i just search things up and have a look around.

Map update shall be done on Monday. I also might reveal my new RP IDEA on monday. Its just a idea. Can always be improved.
