what I'm trying to do right now is kind of introduce these reforms out of slow and steady pace so it doesn't create economic or political chaos in the country. Further TBG we offer a free trade agreement with your nation is this acceptable?

BTW, you forgot Manchuria, which I own, and Tanzania, which NNA owns.

One country. You could eventually attempt to expand, but first you must only begin with one.

Since at the beginning, I was going ahead with plans to take over Hainan, and now it turns out that the Ruivan Empire doesn't even own it, I'll go claim that too.
