We are more opting out of Europe, they can get on with what they want to do. The Depression Crippled us but we were not going to stand around all day wondering what to do, we got on with it and the market has picked up remarkably. We may not have the money to fully re-fund what you put into it, but we can support them enough for them to get back on their feet.
