Yea! There you go. The U.S. blockade is pretty near to my coast so I have a few islands that are outside the blockade, we could gather our ships there

Is the bidding of the Falkland Islands still on? I would like it for a base in the South Americas. Also, i'll send 1 Ironclad or something, I don't have a lot of em.
