He is one of our best. He has been sick for so,e time. And it's kinda strange that he hasn't been on. That's why I'm worried. Because he is usually on every day. For the past few months he has never missed a day. Even when he was in the hospital during his surgery. I hope he is okay.

We'll that's where your going to be let down. Because the salarians cover the tech department. The Asari cover finished luxurapy items. They turians make high quality military gear. And the volus are like china. They make the cheap versions of everyone's stuff. I have them in my pockets. Aswell,as the quarians, the CoB and the division. I'm set so I wold count as a negative relationship since I don't rely on anyone exept self production and trade with only the Asari volus quarians and humans and salarians... So yea..

If I needed to. Which I don't. But it will come very handy if we get warning about the Reapers, since then I presume the Treaty is effectively voided by the space squids?

Brief description of diplomatic relations: The Warbands used to have a hatred for Aliens in general but after getting to become Spacefaring and had an empire, then they realize that their racism was misplaced and have a hatred for slavers, pirates, and those who did wrong and when the Vorcha lost all but their homeworld was not lost by the Turian's attacks, then the Warbands open their world to the Vorcha refugees that came and the Vorcha clans that came to Irok became a Warband of their own might and of equal value. Because of this, the Warbands have support, both economical and military, from the Vorcha and they also have mixed feelings about the Council species, while some outright hate them and others consider having some sort of dealings with them, but mostly this is considered a neutral aspect. Also, because of the Warbands having Vorcha in their faction, the Blood Packs have good relations with the Warbands but the Blue Suns and Red Eclipse do not like them.
Military state of readiness: The Warbands have lost their claims after a civil war and the pirates and raider push them back to their homeworld but the Vorcha refugees and also a new council have bolstered their military to start going out and expand again, they also have support from the general Vorcha and the Blood Packs by some degree.
History & location: The Warbands where once a neglected people who had a colony that was abandoned by the Alliance to fight the Skyrillain Blitz. The people on the planet had gone through a series of ignorance and decay of the government and overall people till they where something else. The Batarains found them and enslaved them with their people being sent all over the Terminus, some of those slaver ships where taken over and they found a new home, the planet called Irok. Irok was a place of intense snowstorms and entire wasteland style that would not be fit to be colonized by Humans, but it was used as an outpost for pirates and other smugglers.

The people of this time had attacked the planet and drove out the criminals, but at heavy casualties, though the former slaves had raised their technological knowledge by studying the pirates and made their home in their underground base. Soon, more former Human slaves came from their former colony that they where drove out and gave them knowledge that made them enhance their knowledge and for once they where happy as they had formed a council and named themselves the Tribalox of Irok.

The people live in peace until a local star went supernova and scattered its debris across Irok and have formed its rings, those that have struck Irok had cause dust of Ezoe and started mutating the people. The Tribalox elders over time where afraid of the power of Biotics as the newborns who had this effect or is adverse effects had outnumber those who didn't until the Biotic users where able to overthrow the Tribalox and establish the First Warbands of Irok.

The Warbands use the large abundant amounts of Element Zero that Irok had and started making a brutal training and technology to harness the immense power of Biotics to the point that they have become cyborgs. Though their training and immense augmentation can actually cause insanity for a normal human or Biotic user is not meant to handle but those that do are able to forge a great military arms, the Warbands and their training allows them to not use range weapons all that much but they more specialize is mixing their Biotic techniques with power weapons and more elite forces can focus their Biotics into making swords and warhammers that they can to know.

The First Warbands had manage to expand from the Hourglass Nebula and started conquering independent planets and driving the criminals to different parts of the Terminus Systems until civil war, rebellions, and the criminals pushed back the First Warbands all the way to Irok with only a few ships and forces, but they where destroyed and the pirates tried to attack them, but they had manage to defend their home for the time being, but they where a prisoner insider their own home as well.

However, when the Hierarchy started pushing the Vorcha out of the many worlds they had, the remains of the Warbands open their world up for the Vorcha, for they heard stories of their biology and the new insight on the galaxy had not made the remnants ignorant but had made them see the glory that certain aliens can be and they had started taken a liking to the Vorcha because they are able to adapt to a planet's ecosystem and they have also been able to adapt to the training regiment through upgrades to their biology the way the Apothecaries work on the other Humans but they where able to do more intensive because the Vorcha's body adapt but the Vorcha only harbor very few Biotics in the first few years but they have grown to be even more powerful then some of the most powerful Warshamans and have become honor guard and elite forces by the Warbands.

News of these occurrence have reached the Vorcha refugees who supported the Warbands and small groups of Blood Pack Mercs threw in some support because of the Vorcha, but unlike the refugees, it is only by a small degree for they still don't believe the Warbands have proven anything or even was reformed.

With these things coming to Irok, the Second Warbands of Irok where made out of the Vorcha and the old remnants from the First Warbands as they are determine to try again and mark their people among the stars.
