Yep; historical estimates for the colonization of Cadiz, on the west coast of Andaluscia, range fron 1300BC to 1100BC. To be fair though, I probably was a bit early in this timeline, as I think I got there around 1350. Most Phoenician colonization happened between 1250 and 1150, after they invented the first galleys.

I don't believe it is. I think it's just G updating his territory so that when Drako updates the map he has something to refer to when doing G-Tech's land.
