[Tomia]

Eric took her hand and turned to John "We're ready to go." John took a gold coin out of his pocket, Eric frowned "We're going to Olympus?" "Ya, we need information to find this thing and there is no one better to ask for information than Mercury the God of roads, travelers, and theives. Take my hand brother." Eric said goodbye to everyone first. "Thank you for having me your majesties. It was nice to meet you. See you later Aurelia, you too Asteria." John wanted to say goodbye to Aurelia but said nothing. He even considered asking he to come with them but thought better of it. She had a child with her and it would seem strange. Eric waited before taking John's hand to give Salma a chance to say goodbye.

[Nuridia]

Falan shuddered. "Those guys sound like real bad news." "Let's go in, get the suits and come back out as soon as we can. In Arberria, Salma said goodbye, leaving the baby griffin to play with Asteria. Aurelia, Kalden and Gisela waved to the three teenagers as their daughter hugged all of them. She walked smoothly over to Eric and took his hand, waiting for John to take them to their destination.

[New Cinoth]

Seth hoisted Falan into his arms, a brief what-if moment flashed through his head but he quickly dismissed it. I doubt that end well, and we both like girls too much... He stretched his wings and with a few strong flaps they were airborne, "Well, you aren't as heavy as I expected you to be." He rose smoothly into the sky behind Alex. "So Falan, how's the ride? Feeling comfortable?" He shifted Falan slightly in his arms, "Don't worry I won't let you fall. You are far too important to let that happen to." No to mention I'm not so sure about Alex yet, Falan is a great addition to have around to help dissuade things from going wrong.

[Tomia]

Eric nodded to Salma and took John's hand. John flipped the coin into the air. Before the coin hit the ground the three of them disappeared from the room along with the coin.
They reappeared in a large city. It wasn't a regular human city though. Flame tourches dotted the streets illuminating large beautiful buildings with Greek and Roman architecture. Demigods and minor gods roamed the streets shopping for strange items or conversing among themselves as getting out of the way of the occasional chariot. The sky was blue and sunny making the weather very comfortable. "Welcome to Olympus." Eric said to Salma "The city of the gods."

[Nuridia]

Salma smiled and looked at the place in awe. "It's beautiful." She tucked her winter coat and hat into her backpack. "It's hard to believe this place is on top of a mountain, I expected it to be cold." "But then again, gods can do anything." 'In New York, Falan shifted his weight in Seth's arms to make it easier on him. "It's dark as hell out here, like we're walking out in the streets blind." the werewolf said.

[Tomia]

Eric nodded "Ya they control everything about the city including the weather." Eric turned to John "Where are we going anyway?" "I told you we have to see Mercury. So we're going to his temple. If he's not there we can pray to him to summon him." The three walked through the city. Eric always liked Olympus. It was such a nice city, it felt safe and calm, like nothing could go wrong. They walked together and saw large buildings and temples of minor gods. As they went through the city they came towards a large group of buildings built in the shape of a U. They were the temples of the twelve Olympic Gods. The temples of the Olympians were beautiful, well kept and intimidating. They walked through and saw the Tempel of Mars the God of war and conquest. The building was crimson and decorated with spears and swords of fallen soliders walking near it made your blood boil with anger. They passed the temple of Pluto the God of the Underworld and wealth. His temple was made of pure gold and silver with strange blue torches outlining the dark building. That temple always creeped Eric out. They passed Diana's temple as well. she was the Goddess of the hunt and the moon. Her temple was decorated with silver and the pelts of her slain pray. Eric definitely didn't like that temple he was always afraid Diana would skin him every time he saw her. As they passed each temple Eric explained to Salma who it belonged to. He was very intersted in history and mythology and hoped he wasn't boring her. They passed the temple in the middle of the U. It was the largest and most powerful looking building. "This one is Jupiter's they call him Jupiter Optimus Maximus which is Latin for Jupiter the best and the greatest. He is the king of the Gods and John's father." John heard Eric and laughed "Ya best and the greatest. That's funny." The sky darkened and Eric heard a large clap of thunder. Eric looked at Salma and said "Ya when we see the gods please don't insult them. They're a little temperamental."

[New Cinoth]

Seth nodded, "Indeed." Phew... Thank goodness he didn't see my face earlier.... That would have been very awkward to explain. He landed on the streets of New York after their flight, "And here we are." He took a quick look around and frowned, "This place... It just doesn't get more crowded does it? A demon could have a massive soul taking spree here if it weren't for the damn witch hunters. I've probably already set off some of their wards." Seth realized he was still holding onto Falan and quickly let go, "Alright we are going to have to move quickly."

[Nuridia]

Falan looked around. "Thanks for the lift." "So, this is the place then huh?" In Olympus, Salma heard the sky crackle with thunder and her face remained blank. "O..kay?" "Remind me not to get on their bad sides." 'These temples are pretty awesome though, they're like half house half museum." "Mercury, isn't he the patron of travelers and thieves and like the gods' personal messenger?" "We had to take a Roman mythology class, that went on for hours." "Believe it or not I paid attention, even though I was trying to make it look like I wasn't."

[Tomia]

Eric was impressed that Salma knew about Roman mythology. He smiled and said "Ya he sends messages across the world and delivers packages and things like that, kind of an immortal UPS man. He knows nearly everything that goes in the immortal world. If anyone knows anything about the hammer it will be him." They walked forward and reached Mercury's temple. It was one of the most plain of them all and was soils white with a statue of a winged Mercury holding his caduceus entwined with two snakes. They walked into they temple and saw a few people praying to statues and burning offerings to Mercury. "Well he's not here." John said looking around. "We're going to have to burn something as an offering." Eric reached into his pocket and pulled out a chocolate bar he had been carrying with him. "This is all I have." John took it and said "It will work." He took the chocolate and placed it in an offering fire. "Mercury we need to talk."
"You rang?" A man appeared behind them a few minutes later, he was wearing a FedEx uniform with winged shoes and was holding a caduceus. He stepped forward and looked at the three. "Hello John I'm glad to see you got my messages, thanks for the chocolate by the way. It's good to see you too Eric. I hope that "medicine" I found for you is working" he turned and looked at Salma his wings fluttering curiously. "You I don't know. Who are you?"

[Nuridia]

"I'm Salma, princess of Arberria and Eric's girlfriend." "You must be Mercury." "Hi, it's nice to meet ya." Salma waved. "I'm half fire jinn, that's why I have the red eyes and the flaming hair and the tan, a lot of people ask about them so I just wanna explain."

[New Cinoth]

Seth nodded to Falan, "No problem... Maybe someday you can have your own wings." He looked around slowly, " It seems to be. We are in New York.... It can't be that hard to find right? As long as we don't run into anything hostile everything should be nice." Hmm.... Now where could the suits be? "So is there a map or something around here? Or maybe the local werewolf pack could help us out? You know the local pack right? You did say you knew this place like the back of your hand." Seth chuckled nervously, If I was only a bit more famous there might have even a cult somewhere that we could use.

[Tomia]

Mercury studied her curiously, and smiled at Eric. "Way to go kid! If you kids ever want to tie the knot I'm told I preform excellent marriage ceremonies." Eric turned bright red and looked at the ground. Mercury ignore him and turned to Salma. "Fire Jinn eh? Vulcan would love to meet you. Well as much as that sad sack can love anything that isn't a machine. You might make him forget about his stupid hammer. " John cleared his throat and Mercury turned to him. "That's why we're here Mercury." John said to the god. "Jupiter has commanded us to find the hammer. We figured you could give us a place to start." Mercury smiled and said "You came to the right place. I know everything you could want to know and everything you most certainly do not want to know." "Ok.. So has anything strange happened lately that might help us?" Mercury thought for a second and said "Well there's been some stories about mortals disappearing in upstate New York, there was explosion in a small town, oh and some demigods have disappeared Erica Davis, Jordan Caster, Michael Thomas and a few others." Mercury said that last part casually but it hit John and Eric hard. They were John's cousins and siblings, the two spent most of their childhood those kids. Especially Michael who was John's half brother and had been very close to John and Eric. John looked liked he was stabbed in the heart and Eric seemed very distraught.

[Nuridia]

Falan sniffed and pointed down the street. "This is where a few city wolves live, they should be able to help us out." "I know this place but this will save us a bit of time." He led the way, making sure Seth and Alex were behind him. On Olympus, Salma looked absolutely shocked. She looked at John and Eric and saw that they were distraught over losing their friends. "I'm so sorry guys." Salma said trying to comfort them. Her eyes then widened. "Did you say mortals were disappearing form New York?" Marie was in New York, and this was she and Raphael's date night. Oh god, that would be bad. She quickly pulled out her phone and texted Marie. Trouble in New York, people, humans and hybrids disappearing uptown. Don't leave the school, whatever you do! And if you're already out, go back quick as you can dammit! Marie received her text, luckily she had not left the school yet. "Raph, people are disappearing uptown!" Her French accent got thicker when she got panicky. Raphael tried to calm her but then froze. "Wait, where's Serh and Falan?" "I'll check their dorm." Marie went to their dorm and found it unlocked. "They're gone!" "We have to warn them." She went through Aurelia's number list and found Seth's. She quickly took out her phone and resent Salma's text to Seth's phone, hoping he would get it. At the bottom it said, "resent from Marie's phone, originally texted by Salma."

[New Cinoth]

Seth nodded and followed behind Falan, "Lead the way, my friend!" His phone started to buzz , "What the Hell? Who's texting me?" He looked down and read it slowly. "Well, this looks interesting. It says people and hybrids were disappearing in Uptown New York. I wan to go check this out. Maybe some kind of shadow war is going on." Seth grinned excitedly, "Hey, are you guys in or what? This might be a cool time to test out your new power, Falan. You aren't going to want to fight Logan without knowing your new limits, right." He pointed at a sign, "That says we aren't far from uptown. Our suits can wait but adventure can't!" He motioned for them to follow along, "Come on! This could make a good story to tell some girls at the party."

[Tomia]

Eric looked up gratefully at Salma and squeezed her hand. John lifted his head. He had to lead and set an example. He pushed the disappearances out of his mond and thought about his dream. Demigods and mortals disappearing. John was sure that had to do with the camp of monsters he saw in his dream. "Mercury could you do us one more favor? Could you send us to New York. We've got a job to do." Mercury nodded and said "Sure, I like helping out demigods. But first, are you sure you want to do this ? This doesn't end well for you John. You can walk away right now, but if you go from here there is no turning back." John wasn't sure what Mercury was talking about but he didn't like the sound of it. Still he had a job to do and he had to do it. "I can't turn back not now." Mercury nodded solemnly. "Always the good solider, well take this to help."
He tossed him a bottle of liquid. "It's a very powerful medicine. Only use it in life or death situations. You're going to need it." Before John could ask what he meant Mercury snapped his fingers and Olympus disappeared. John walk up in a forest next to Salma and Eric. He got up an brushed himself off. "Well, let's get moving. We've got a hammer to find." He said to the other two.

[Nuridia]

Salma smiled and squeezed Eric's hand as they were teleported to a forest. "Wait a minute, what did that guy mean, it doesn't end well for you?" "Can he predict the future or something?" She easily kept up with Eric and John. On the streets of the city, Falan looked puzzled. "Seth, people are getting fucking kidnapped." "We're hybrids, what makes you think we'll escape?" "Look, I'm all for adventure as much as the next guy but I know that I don't wanna go towards mysterious disappearances." "For all we know, some big ass god or shit could be taking these people." "Powerful as we are we can't take down a fucking god." "We can't tell cool stories to girls if we're dead dude."

[New Cinoth]

Seth sighed, "Falan if the two of us die we 'll just reform in hell. We have nothing to fear." He waved him onwards, "Come on! It might just be some coked up idiots. We can either take or outrun just about anything." He shifted from one foot to another, "Trust me it's probably nothing, and in the off chance it is we are probably some of the most powerful things in the city. We'll be fine!" He began to walk towards uptown, "If you let a girly archdemon have all the glory how will Logan take you seriously?" He said with a joking laugh, "I bet it'll jut be some bitchy stray demon that lost it's marbles. Nothing to dangerous." He kept walking, "So are you coming or not?"

[Tomia]

John walked in silence thinking about what Mercury had said. He didn't know what he meant but felt like he had placed a cement block on his shoulders. He didn't want to die and he didn't want anyone else to die either. He couldn't accept that his cousins and his brother were dead he'd find them somehow. John heard Salma's question and ignored her. He didn't feel like explaining it right now. Eric sighed in frustration at his brother's behavior and attempted to explain it to Salma. "Well the gods know the fates of demigods for the most part at least. They see possibilities and aren't supposed to attempt to change the outcome but sometimes they give warnings, a kind of way out to some." He then said the next part in a soft whisper so John couldn't hear "If they see all the outcomes as bad." Eric was afraid for his brother. Getting a warning like that from a god was never a good thing. He was mad at John but he certainly didn't want him to die.

[Vakolic]

"I always love it when humans kill each other," Alex commented. "What I don't love is when they want to kill me.
But...I'll happily kill a few, just for the fun of it.
If you want to find some people who can help you, their are a lot of half-Vakali in the city. They work in the stock exchange and big banks, making everyones lives harder by removing money from them."

[Nuridia]

Falan sighed, "Fine, I'll come with." "But only to make sure you wimps don't get hurt." He said the last park jokingly. "You wanna find that werewolf pack first, they'd love the chance to get in in some action." In the park, Salma nodded. "I'd be creeped out to even do anything." "I'd probably hide out somewhere until the danger had passed."

[Tomia]

"Ya, well I don't really have that option. I need to find that stupid hammer." John said abruptly to Salma. Eric gave her a look that said Well, at least he's talking to you." As they walked a small town finally came into view. John and Eric looked around and at first glance they could tell something was wrong. They looked through the buildings and saw the town was deserted. Eric wondered what could be powerful enough to wipe out a whole town and didn't want to meet whatever it was. John knew already, the visions from his dream front in his mind. "Follow me I know where to go." Eric furrowed his brow and said "How? We should look around more we don't know what we're dealing with here this could be something really powerful." "If your scared go home with your girlfriend. I'll do this on my own." Eric snorted "I'm not scared, you're being stupid. Why can't you stop being angry for one second and think?" John was getting worked up again "Look the gods have told me where to go already. I had a dream about it. Follow if you want I'm going with or without you." John walked quickly towards the edge of the town Eric sighed and walked with Salma behind John.

[Mornovia]

Yuta furrows his brows in worry, and grips him tighter, rubbing his back. "Should we go? Do you want to check to see if she's ok??"

Alex cleared his throat a little "Yea, we should go do that, just to make sure."

He got up, and held his hand out for Alex, worried about Alex's mother as well. I hope she's ok...

[New Cinoth]

Seth chuckled, "So werewolves and vakali.... I bet I could find a few demons that want some carnage. Who knows we might become the problem!" He laughed wickedly, "So let's I and let the whole world know that we exist and they should worship and fear us." He grinned, "O say we check the place out first. After all if it is nothing important then pulling an army will just get in the way." Hmmmm..... This will certainly be very interesting! He chuckled I himself and began to walk.

[Nuridia]

Falan crouched on all fours and turned into his wolf form, which was much bigger and more powerful since his contract with Seth. His wolf was huge before, but now he was enormous. He motioned his head to Seth and Alex. "Well hop on wimps, we ain't got all day." he said in a deeper, nearly roaring voice. Meanwhile, Salma nodded at Eric but had a look on her face when John spoke to her, "Well damn, who the fuck hurt you?!" she wanted to snap at him, but she knew it would only fuel the fire and make the situation worse. She kept her face blank but her eyes and mouth narrowed slightly. She was trying to be cool but John was being super rude. Anyway, she didn't want him to die so she walked silently behind Eric so they could find the hammer and she could get back to her parents.

[Tomia]

Eric could tell Salma was trying to hide how upset she was and put his arm around her shoulder "I'm really sorry." He said to her softly. They continued to walk until they reached an open field outside the town. Eric saw a large campsite and wondered what it was, John just stared at it grimly. Part of him had hoped it wasn't there and he was wrong. Eric was his brother's face and said "John what's wrong? Who's in there." John steeled up his face hiding his doubts and said "This is what I saw in my dream. It's an army of monsters. Let's go." He started to walked towards the camp when Eric called out "There's an army of monsters and we're just going to walk right up to them?" John turned "You think it's a coincidence that they are here? They have something to do with the hammer so we have to search their camp." Eric thought about it then nodded resignly and followed him.
