[New Cinoth]

Seth saw Falan's gesture out of the corner of his eye. He nodded to his werewolf friend. "A ceremony? Well if you want to do it I won't stop you from it. It's your choice since these are your land's traditions." Seth shifted in his seat as he ate some food, I completely forgot this was there. I'll need to finish this off quickly so I don't appear rude or anything. "So what exactly goes on in this ceremony? It sounds interesting." He poked at the remainder of his food, mostly to keep the appearance to any casual onlookers that he was still eating.

[Inquilabstan]

As Falan gave Seth a thumbs up, Abdul smilled, and nodded at Seth. Turning back to his food, which he demolished with relish, he mumbled to Falan, "Well, looks like your wolflike advice of much sexyness is quite effective. Frickin' eck, I've never seen anyone get a girlfriend that bloody fast. How the hell are you still single?"

[Nuridia]

Falan shrugged. "It's really easy actually, just do whatever the hell works." "Dunno, I guess I just haven't found the right one yet." "I guess there's always other balls." Just then, a beautiful girl looked toward Falan and Abdul. She was dressed in a fine gown and had a rather shapely figure with thick silver hair and piercing silvery eyes. She winked at the wolf before turning away. Falan smiled at Abdul. "Or, I may get lucky after all." Mira nodded to Seth. "Thanks for that, but I think you'll like it." Yulan was grinning like the Cheshire Cat and Aurelia spoke to John. "Yeah, Dad looked five seconds away from cutting that dude's man bits off." "But I guess it's enough for him that Mom made her own disinterest clear and looked only at him." Marie popped a chocolate in her mouth and waved at her daughter with one hand, holing her husband's hand with the other. Salma tried to comfort Eric but after all this time she felt it was useless, he would be nervous no matter what she said. But still she had to try for his sake. "Eric, you're definitely strong enough." "You're stronger than you think." "We have confidence in you, but you have to believe in yourself or else it's not going to work at all."

"I suppose so, I suppose so. But I tell you, the ladies love those wings, I'll tell you that." As the two were talking, they noticed a striking young woman looking in their direction. As she winked at his companion, Abdul was struck by her eyes. Almost like Al-Douri's. "Well Falan, someone is in luck, isn't he?"

[Tomia]

Eric felt better hearing Salma's words and nodded. "Thanks Salma, no one's ever believed in me like you do. You're right I need to believe in myself like you believe in me. And with you by my side, I am strong enough." He held her hand and kissed her cheek affectionately.

[New Cinoth]

Seth grinned, "Well I'm certain I'll like it considering you are in it." Seth watched as a woman walked by Abdul and Falan, They'll certainly have their hands full. He turned back to Mira, "So does this mean I can do the things that I couldn't before? Like call you sweetheart and hold your hand and other things like that?" Seth chuckled, This went amazingly well. I'm actually quite shocked that it turned out this way. He looked down at a bowl of the crystalized pomegranate seeds. He tossed some into his mouth, savoring the flavor, "You've got to try some of this."

[Nuridia]

Mira nodded. "Yes, you'll officially have girlfriend privileges." She smiled at Seth and tried the pomegranate seeds. "Wow, these are delicious!" "We don't have these in Lanwem they're really good." Finally, the cake was brought out and everybody said happy birthday to the empress. Finally the cake was cut and passed around the table after the candles were blown out, it was beautifully decorated with pink and white icing roses. Salma blushed and smiled when Eric kissed her, and grinned when she got her cake. "White chocolate and strawberry with almonds, yes!" "Thanks Mom!" Salma began to cut her slice and took a bite. Marie was eating her cake. "Raph, you should try this." "This is really good." "I can imagine it, maybe we should ask for some to take upstairs with us after this is over along with some wine of course." The angel threaded his fingers through his wife's and stroked her palm. Marie turned bright red and grinned before turning back to her cake, unable to fully concentrate on eating now. Aurelia grimaced a bit before chuckling to herself. It was funny when her parents got flirty, they spoke and flirted like lovestruck teenagers with their crushes instead of a couple who'd been married for over two decades and had had two children. Their spark was still hot and their love was still fresh and it was a cute and refreshing thing. It was amazing and beautiful how much they cared for and were devoted to each other after all these years.

[Tomia]

Eric smiled and held Salma's hand as he ate his cake that was served with the other hand. "Wow this is amazing." He said as he tasted it. John watched Aurelia's parent's and smiled. He was glad at Aurelia wasn't as uncomfortable about their affection as before. He ate his cake next to Aurelia and was amazed how good it tasted.

[New Cinoth]

Seth grinned, "Really? Then there's something I've been wanting to do." He gave her a quick hug. "I've been dying to give you that for ages." Seth chuckled, "Oh and the pomegranates are Usulf's his fairy girlfriend knows how to crystallize sugar so that's where they came from." He watched Mira eat. I have a girlfriend now.... This is amazing! After around one day of knowing her.... Falan has some powerful werewolf Mojo. "That's one big cake!" Seth's eyes widen at the cake's appearance. Seth passed the slices down to Mira and Yulan before accepting one himself. "Mira, I have something for you." He pulled out the amulet that Falan had helped him decide on. "I.... I got is for you." He held it out to her.

[Nuridia]

Mira was shocked and the color flooded to her face. "Seth. It's beautiful." "I...I don't know what to say." Yulan was smiling on the inside, that was quick. The cake was really delicious and Aurelia, Raphael, Marie and Yulan had finished all of their food. Raphael kissed his wife's hand and he and Marie stood up. "Well, this was a fine party and happy birthday to the empress." Marie then spoke to Salma's parents so only they, Aurelia and some of her friends could hear. "We hate to eat and run, but we kind of have some business we'd like to attend to, so we'll be excusing ourselves early." Raphael spoke next smiling. "Yes, it is quite important and needs to be taken care of, if you'll excuse us." "Come Mimi." Marie smiled and followed her husband upstairs, still being led by the hand. Aurelia turned deep red and smiled, shaking her head. "Those guys."

[Tomia]

Eric and John had finished their desserts and sat in their seats. They were really enjoying the party besides the incident with Aurelia's mother. When Marie and Raphael excused themselves John smiled knowingly. He saw Aurelia blush and he gave a small laugh. "Well, at least they try to be subtle about it." He said her holding her hand.

[Nuridia]

Aurelia laughed a bit. "Yeah, good thing for that." "I hope they have fun, quietly." Meanwhile, Marie and Raphael were sitting together in their room making out, a bottle of wine on the table. "So, are we going to do this or what?" Marie asked. "You know it darling, I might not let you go for a few days." Raphael kissed her again. "Wait, the door." Marie got up and locked the door before returning to her husband. The angel said a few words of Hebrew. "Raph, what was that?" "Silencing spell." "Nobody can hear a thing from this room. "Oh, I get it." "Good looking out." The couple snuggled closer together giggling, before Marie turned out the last lamp. She squeaked when Raphael grabbed her wrists and pinned her down. She smirked up at him as they started making out again. "Now it's just you, and me, and the dark." He whispered to her and she laughed softly.

[New Cinoth]

"Consider it a "thanks for not punching me in the face" present." Seth watched her reaction, Well she certainly likes it! things are turning out quite nicely. He chuckled lightly as Raphael and Marie got up to leave, "Those two are like little angelic bunnies." He turned back to Mira, "Would you mind if I announce our relationship in Hell? It might stop some of the less determined demons from trying their luck with me." I know she's understanding but I doubt she would be so understanding if a demonic girl threw her arms around me. Yeah... That would certainly be bad.

[Tomia]

John laughed and nodded, "Ya quietly would be good." John turned to Asteria, she seemed to be handling his relationship with her mom pretty well. But John knew the change couldn't be easy for her. He went through the same thing when he was younger so he understood how it felt. He had an idea to try to bond with her. He turned to Asteria and said "Hey Asteria, you want to dance?"
Eric smiled when Marie and Raphael left, guessing at why they were leaving. He turned to Salma once they had both finished eating and said "You want to dance again?"

[Nuridia]

Salma nodded "I'd love to dance with you." Asteria grinned at John. "Yeah, sounds fun!" Aurelia smiled at them and Mira turned to Seth. "Yeah, but at least they're bunnies with each other and not ten different people." "They're committed to each other, that's what makes it a beautiful thing." "When you're having intimate acts with the person you love, it's beautiful and a bonding experience every time instead of a purely pleasure act, you know?" "As for the announcement, we just made it official, it's pretty soon." "Still, if you want to then I'm all for it." "I'm never governed by anybody, but I believe you and Yulan are becoming the exceptions."

[Tomia]

Eric smiled at Salma and took her hand, standing up and leading her to the dance floor again. He felt a lot more comfortable dancing now. "You know I used to really not like dancing." He said to her. "I'm not exactly the lightest on my feet but I could dance with you forever."
John grinned back at Asteria "Great, let's go." He got up and took her hand, smiling back at Aurelia as he walked with Asteria to the dance floor. When they got there he let Asteria stand on his feet so she was closer to his height. As they danced he spoke to her "So are you having a good time tonight Asteria?"

[New Cinoth]

Seth frowned slightly when she mentioned it being better than ten other people. He couldn't help but feel like it was wrong for him to do that, but he couldn't stop if he was asked because he needed souls to exist. Seth shrugged, "I can wait to tell them I just thought you might not appreciate a demon throwing themselves at me in hopes of attracting my attention. Not that I'd ever actually give in, but still I don't want to make you mad or anything." Seth noticed other people starting to head back out to dance, "Hey Mira, do you want to dance some more? Or would you prefer doing something else?"

[Nuridia]

Salma leaned her head against Eric's shoulder while Aurelia laughed and turned to Seth, having heard his comment about her parents and whispered to him. "Seth, you're wrong." "My parents aren't like bunnies, with bunnies it's over quickly." "Those guys, you don't hear from them for hours, sometimes even for a day and a half you won't see them." Asteria smiled up at John. "I'm having fun, apparently so is Mama too." "Mommy likes you a lot, I like seeing her smile." "She hadn't smiled much since Daddy disappeared." Finally, Mira nodded to Seth. "I'd love another dance if you want one."

[New Cinoth]

Seth shrugged, "Long winded bunnies...." He grinned at Aurelia, "So how's everything going with you and john? He seems to have taken quite a liking to Asteria. Almost fatherly if you ask me." He winked at Aurelia, "So has he made a move yet or something?" Seth knew from talking with John a while back that the boy liked Aurelia quite a bit, and if he was dancing with Asteria it probably mean the was doing it for either her good graces or something big was coming and it would certainly be fun. Seth glanced at Mira and a gave her a look that asked the silent question: Am I supposed to tell her now?

[Tomia]

Eric smiled when Salma rested her head on his shoulder. He leaned his head against hers while one of his hands stroked her hair gently as they danced.
John blushed slightly and grinned a little nervously at Asteria "Well I'm glad you both are having a good time, I like your mother a lot too. I know it must of been hard on both of you, losing your dad like that. You know my dad wasn't around a lot when I was your age. I know I used to miss him all the time.

[Nuridia]

Aurelia laughed at that. "Long winded huh, tell me about it." "One time Dad pulled a muscle in his thigh because they were going so into it, Mom hurt her hip too." "It was a very awkward doctor's visit." "Anyway, I'm glad he's bonding with her." "John's a great guy and very protective, I like him a lot." "And it helps so much that Asteria likes him, she comes before everything after all." After the conversation, Mira nodded to Seth, giving him her consent to tell Aurelia. Asteria nodded to John. "Yeah, it was sad." "He never wrote or nothin', did your dad ever write you?"

[New Cinoth]

Seth chuckled, "For human standards yes, for demonic standards they need a little work....." He shrugged "I would have thought Raphael could fix that one himself. I guess it shows even angels can get a bit rough sometimes." He paused, " Yeah John is pretty good, but we might want to work out any brother issues he has. I don't think you'd like a soulless boyfriend." He nodded slowly to Mira when he saw her acknowledgement. "Hey Aurelia, I have some exciting news!" He grinned excitedly and reached out for Mira's hand, "Mira and I are dating now. So I'd like to thank you with you help on finding her."

[Tomia]

John shook his head "No he didn't." He said calmly, he'd have to be careful about how he talked about Jupiter with Asteria. She didn't need to be bothered with the details. "I'm sure your dad would have wrote to you If he could have. My father isn't as good a guy as yours. I missed him a lot but after a while my mom met my step dad and they got married. He's a great guy. He really cares about my mom and Eric and me."

[Nuridia]

Asteria smiled. "He sounds really nice, I wanna meet him someday." Aurelia turned to Seth and Mira who were holding hands. "That's great! I'm so happy for you Seth, and you too Mira!" "And I didn't lead you to her, love did all of that." "Wow Seth, a queen." "You bagged yourself a queen, how'd you feel about that?" Meanwhile, Raphael and Marie were laying in each others' arms, Raphael playing with her long hair. "So" Marie said, her voice was breathless. "Who won? God I am so tired." The angel smiled and kissed his wife. "I think I won love, yet again." "Bullshit Raph, I outlasted you this time." "That's a lie and you know it." The couple pretended to argue and they both started laughing before Marie spoke. "Alright, you won." "Again." "Don't feel bad darling, angels just naturally have more stamina." "Oh sure Raph, rub it in." Marie laughed. "So, you feel like going again?" The redhead asked as angel smiled and kissed her. "I'm all for it, as soon as you catch your wind." "Shut up, I'm not that tired!" "I only need five more minutes." The couple joked and started laughing again. Marie was thankful for that silencing spell. "I'm gonna beat you next round." the redhead smiled. "Oh really, well good luck with that." Raphael replied, smiling as he brushed damp red ringlets out of Marie's eyes.

John smiled "Ya, he's a great guy. I'd like you to meet him too. You know Asteria, I know it's going to be a big adjustment for you, my relationship with your mom and all. It got to say though you're handling it really well. Much better than I did when my mom brought Paul, my stepdad home to meet me. For a while when ever he was around I would stay in animal form and wouldn't let him near me. I would stay in wolf form and growl at him when he tried to approach me. But eventually I learned he cared about me and I let him get close." John smiled and lifted Asteria gently and held her up in the air playfully. "I'm glad you didn't growl at me." He joked
