Seth nodded slowly to Salma, Damn... I know I 'm certainly waking up. That hurt... Seth sighed, "Yeah, I'll be fine. The name of the guy upstairs is just unsettling, although right now I'm a little extra sensitive because I'm in the process of waking up." He grinned as the pain faded, "Hopefully the next speakers will give some kind of signal before they begin to shout his name.... It 'a usually not that bad but when it is spoken with emotion it hurts a lot more than normal."

Aurelia looked at Abdul confused. "Dad's not doing a speech." she said. Salma hugged Eric back. "Thanks Eric, I didn't actually write this I got it off the internet because my poetry sucks." "I just wanted to find one that fit perfectly." She then turned back to the gathered crowd. "Alright everybody, let's get this party started!" "Please enjoy yourselves, but not too much." "See you later!" Salma went back downstairs with Eric as the party had officially started. Raphael turned to Marie with love in his eyes, offering his hand to her. "My lady, will you give me the honor of a dance?" Marie looked back up at him and smiled. "Who am I to refuse my noble lord's request, of course I'll dance with you love." She took the offered hand as her husband led her to the dance floor, leaving Aurelia smiling. "Those guys, you can tell how in love they are." "It always makes me happy seeing them together every time."

Eric smiled feeling a little embarrassed "Oh well, it was still really good." Eric followed Salma to downstairs to the party and saw Raphael ask Marie to dance and figured Salma wanted him to do the same. He was nervous about dancing and didn't want to embarrass her but knew she really wanted to dance. He turned to her and gave a small smile "Do you want to dance princess?"
John smiled and walked with Aurelia and Asteria downstairs. As they walked John whispered to Aurelia "Maybe we should tell Asteria now. So we can enjoy the party without worrying about it."

As it turns out, she knocked on Mirandas door. The sleeping Miranda woke up and blinked a few times before crawling out of bed and going to the door. She opened it and saw another girl standing in the doorway. Miranda looked at the girls features and blushed slightly. "Hello.. I'm Miranda, who are you?" She smiled and extended her hand to the girl

Seth watched as couples started to form and the dancing begun, Well I guess this is the official time to start the party. He wondered briefly if people would enjoy the pomegranate seeds seeds so he could tell Usulf people's reactions to them. He sighed happily, Everything is going to be fine. Now, first things first.... He tapped Mira on the shoulder, Well here how nothing.... Let's see how this plays out. "Mira.... Would you care to dance with me?" He smiled hopefully at her.

Eric smiled and nodded .when Salma took his hand and led her to the dance floor. He felt nervous and didn't want to embarrass her but she was so beautiful and he really wanted to dance with her. As they began to dance he felt a little awkward but enjoyed being with Salma and tried to relax.
John suddenly felt nervous, he realized he had no idea what to say to Asteria. He had no experience with this and didn't want to say the wrong thing. He started to panic a little and looked at Aurelia hoping she would start the conversation.

Mira smiled at Seth and offered him her hand. "I'd love to dance with you, it would be my honor." Meanwhile, Salma was dancing with Eric and enjoying being so close to her boyfriend. He wasn't the best dancer in the world but she didn't mind, she just liked being close to him. Raphael and Marie danced too, their eyes nearly never leaving their partner. Aurelia saw John's hesitance and sighed inwardly before speaking to Asteria. "Look love, you know that Daddy went on a mission a long time ago and hasn't come back yet." "Yeah?" Asteria asked puzzled. "And you know that Daddy will always be your daddy and nobody will replace him in your heart, he was a good man." Aurelia stopped there, she didn't know what to say to the child and she didn't want to upset her.

Eric smiled at Salma, she was a much better dancer than he was but he really enjoyed dancing with her. He enjoyed being so close to her. "I really like dancing with you Salma. I feel so comfortable when I'm with you." He said to her as they danced.
John saw Aurelia stop and could see she was just as nervous as he was. He could tell she was worried about upsetting Asteria. John decide he had to tell her, he couldn't force Aurelia to have to do it. He still didn't know what to say and was afraid of Asteria getting upset but he'd rather her be upset with him than her mother. He bent down so that he was closer to eye level with Asteria. "Asteria" he said gently to her. "Your mother and I care about each other a lot. We well... we have decided to start a relationship together. I know this is going to be a big adjustment for you and like your mom said no one will ever replace your father, but I care about both of you a lot, and I want both of you to be happy."

Wow... Maybe Falan was right. This is working... Whatever IT is.... I owe Falan and his sexy werewolf mojo quite a bit now. Seth took her hand, "Thank you Mira. I was hoping I could get a dance with the most beautiful girl here." Seth grinned as her as he led her on the dance floor and they began to dance. He started off shakily but he grew more fluid as he got more comfortable with Mira's closeness. This isn't so bad. At least I remember everything so I won't accidentally step on her feet. Seth was enjoying himself quite a bit as he danced with her.

Asteria looked up at John and Aurelia and blinked as if thinking. "You're nice." the toddler finally said. "I like you too." "As long as Mommy is happy." "But make Mama cry and I'll turn you into a roach." Aurelia looked stunned at her daughter, shocked at both the threat and that Asteria was taking it surprisingly well. Meanwhile, a few minutes later, Marie leaned in closer to her husband. "Raphy, I feel faint." The angel held her close to him with concern. "You okay?" "Y...yeah Raph, I'm fine." She tried to dance a little more and Raphael put his hand to her forehead. "You're burning up!" he whispered, maybe a bit too loudly. "Mimi, what's going on?" Gisela stood up and strode over to the couple. "What's wrong you two?" "Marie feels weak, I don't know what's going on!" Raphael's voice was getting tight with worry. "I only had some punch, I thought it was for everyone." Marie said weakly, her skin flushed red as she clutched to her husband for support. "That's it, I'm taking you upstairs." Raphael gently lifted her, brushing red curls out of her eyes. "You're going to be okay my love, I promise." Gisela looked worried. "But, we don't have any punch here." Marcella had overheard all of this, she looked extremely worried like she had made some horrible mistake. "Oh..shit." the vampire princess muttered. Aurelia saw her parents and her face blanched with fear, then she walked over to them. "What's wrong with my mother?!" she whispered frantically.
