The Albanian Naval Force is leaving the coast of Albania. Most of the naval force leaves from Durrës and Vlorë. The Albanian Government has also asked pirate ships along the Adriatic coast (most of whom are Albanian pirates) to aid the Albanians. There are 1 aircraft carriers, 3 battleships, 2 heavy cruisers, 4 light cruisers, 15 destroyers, 15 submarines. The amount of ships in pirate hans are unknown, but there more than 300 ships, but no more than 700. The ships will head to Sicily for refueling and supplies. There are also many tanks, light and heavy artillery, and infantry soldiers on the ships.

I'd eliminate the aircraft carrier entirely and bring it down to 1 battleship and halve the destroyers and submarines. That's also your entire navy, so there are no defensive forces around your waters. You also have to take into account that pirates are undisciplined and could possibly f*** your strategy up by being motivated by greed rather than patriotism.

EDIT: I'm not even sure you should have a battleship, given that Albania today has 0 battleships. Your military power (on a world scale) is virtually none, considering you were created out of Illyria. You should be basically a little better than Armenia, given your relative size and time spent as an independent nation.

And whats this 'asking pirates to join' crap? You don't ask pirates, you pay them and then they become Privateers. That's how piracy works. Pirates have no sense of loyalty to any flag, they just seek to make a profit on the high seas. And I highly doubt with the uber navies of Illyria & Italy that there are more than 100, let alone more than 300 and under 700 pirates in the Adriatic.

It's not that big a sea to begin with.

The new rulers where Hawaiians and ruled from Honolulu in Hawaii. However the distance between the islands made it very hard to communicate; however this problem was solved with the introduction of the telegraph; of which Polynesia has the most advanced and largest system of in the world.

These are Albanian pirates. They don't usually attack Albanian ships. We decided to make good use of them. And when it comes to the number of pirate ships: No one knows. For all we know, it could be 20 (it's not.) But there are a lot a lot a lot of pirate ships.

These are Albanian pirates. They don't usually attack Albanian ships. We decided to make good use of them.

Again, as I have said, pirates have no sense of loyalty to any country or flag, they couldn't give less of a fuck about what country what ships belong to.
