If they have no rules of conduct and its basically " We're hosed boys and they will throw us into a jail and rot. Let us have some fun. " Most Spanish people are pretty extreme and the fact that Spain was still hurting form their civil war which occurred in the mid 30s in the 70s, 80's hell even some areas are still hurting tells you how extreme we are.

The big cities recover but spaniards are people who butchered and rape contingents without hesitation so imagine sacking a city.

I propose the following: the overwhelming size of the Albanian Navy has overcome the Hellenic Navy, so Albania controls the harbor; albeit not without losses. The Albanian Air Force (which I'm still not sure where it's come from) is fighting to a standstill due to the AA weapons of the Hellenic Army. Many of the Albanian partisans lie dead in heaps on the ground, but the mechanized army that you withdrew from the Illyrian border is still largely intact, and the Greeks have suffered losses as well.

We go from there. If you can't agree to this reasonable plan, then we cannot proceed. This still gives both sides a more or less equal chance of victory.

I'll agree to that. But there still is gonna be an Albanian Revolution in Epirus. Especially Northern Epirus where they join the Albanian Army

Well no, even today the deepest religious areas is africa. The horn of africa where muslim's influence spread like Somalia is islamic but Catholics converted but most people are freely christian and are they aren't repressed. Africa was mostly confederated states with tribal system like Zulu nation and alot of them blended with Christianity because they coincide with alot of their religious views.

There might be an Albanian revolution if you win this battle, which you might and you might not. The people of Northern Epirus are still Greek citizens and there are many ethnic Greeks, so I wouldn't count on a rollover in that area. Plus, there are bound to be Greek border guards in Northern Epirus, as well as Greek garrisons based in Ioannina and Kozani. So there would be a response even if you managed to get into Northern Epirus.

Oh, and Spain, not that we're doing a whole lot of trading in the Western Med, but if you attack Greek shipping, we'll link up with Russia to destroy you, because our quarrel is with Albania and Italy, not you.
