I was refering to West Europe, last time i checked Russia is in East Europe. Still, you didnt do anything but take Serbian immigrants. Sure there was the Russo-Turkish war, but that was muuuuch later when you got interest in the area. The Turks were fought off by Greeks and Serbs.
