Evolution is also parts of history right? So why don't we Rp evolution?

Disgruntled by the fact that the Restorationists were sinful, always partying, going into theaters, having goose, using make-up, and you know other fun stuff.

What I meant was why the hell are they in those particular states, in the form of a Holy Empire of all things? THey aren't anything even vaguely like an empire, and Holy... it sounds outta place, I dunno.
I like the concept though.

The pilgrims were puritans and most of New England was Puritan as well up to the large Irish-Catholic migration in the 1850's. trust me I'm from Boston. The French control what they controlled in 1700 to make it easier and i know the Ireland thing is a little far fetched and that can be edited out. And the Puritan holy empire is just really a theocracy where the king is chosen by the church leader. This is based on history, bacons rebellion was a real rebellion, lord Baltimore and his descendants were the governors of Maryland, and the Puritan church for a while used to appoint the governor of the Massachusetts bay colony.

I was also thinking things like fame would play into it.
With increased fame, you'd earn respect from your crew, fellow Pirates and get discounts at shops and such. However, with increased fame comes the fact that the European Powers in the Caribbean will throw more things at you.

I suppose the Caribbean would be the main base of play, but visiting the coast of North America is definitely possible.

Sounds like a good RP. We would all have to start with at most a frigate for a ship. Maybe I get a sloop and just f*ck with people using my speed

Spanish (gold) have taken over the Caribbean entirely, pushing all others out, Dutch hold new York (brown), Virginia blue, British hold northern lands taken after America revolted + Bermuda (red), French hold snippets in Louisiana and the norht (IRL they owned most of the mid-east), Puritans black, Maryland green.

If it is alright, I'd like to reserve the Governor of Quebec, considering the French still hold it. If not, New Orleans would suffice. Also, Allen, I think the French should own what they did, since it's not very populated but would stop other powers from expanding with no fight.
