It's being developed, slowly but steadily. I've got a Great Power list going on already, though it has more than 8.

United Kingdom (Constitutional Monarchy)
Palatial Union (Renovato Imperii)
Nordic Fed. (Republic)
The Russian Tsardom (Absolute Monarchy, although with strong Communist insurgencies)
The Spanish League (Constitutional Monarchy)
Pseudo-FSA (Still undecided, perhaps Socialist)
USA (Democracy, perhaps Pan-American Anti-European Fascism)
The French State (undecided, perhaps Proto-Fascist Pan-Frankist)

Russia was significantly de-nerfed to fit with the RP's theme, although I dunno whether Russia should start Socialist or start with the revolutions gaining power.

Many powers have lost wars against the Russians, who now have client states out of many of their enemies' former territories.

Yeah I haven't decided that yet. The African colonies probably will.

Although I'd love to have an India and Canada that are independent enough to be playable.

Speaking of which, how did Naples/Sicily even take over that much land in the first place? It might be plausible with a united Italy, but half of Italy can't realistically do that with it's resources.

Hmm true. I'll remove France.

The Palatial Union is actually Austria-Hungary. It developed more into a successor to the HRE, although one with Renovato Imperii. According to my timeline, large parts of the HRE rebelled when the Hapsburgs declared that the Electoral system of the HRE had come to an end, led by the Prussians.

I'd appreciate input.

Italy is currently in a civil war, which is terrible enough that I decided to indicate it as divided in the map. Earlier on, Italy was unified.

Well OTL would be like the year 3000 almost, but before you freak out that's because the POD is very early and it takes another 1500 years for the Americas to naturally develop to surpass OTL 1500s Colonial nations, plus it gives time for Afroeurasian civilization to reemerge enough to allow hunter gatherer tribes and such.

Anyway, on this RP's timescale it would be like their 1300-1700s (Assuming 0 was OTL around 1500)

So we have the Native Americans of the Americas evolving to where they have the same tech as 1500's Europe...awesome!

Not just Europeans, most major precolonial advances came from elsewhere, for example the Printing Press and Gunpowder from East Asia, or Numerical Zero from Arabia, various regions within the Americas would be responsible for different innovations, I envision the RL East coast of the US, along with La Plata and the Caribbean to be some of the major power centres, with the Andes and Alaskan/Cascadian range also having several powerful nations. On the interior I believe most players wouldn't want simply because the lack of a coastline, so I may end up doing some sort of large OP Board controlled Midwest/Brazzainterior nations to try and effect random events.

I'd like to be the Biggest Andean to reunify the once glorious Tawantinsuyu, or a Californian nation that trades wheat, iron, copper, and gold.

But how in the world would the Americans be able to achieve such an advanced civilization? They had no horses, no beasts of burden. They'd have to rely on man-power, and that wouldn't help much. Also, I'm guessing that slavery is prominent in this Alt. America, no?

TBH I don't really like being an OP or a Vice. I don't really check apps or read the OOC unless the discussion is of interest. I'd rather just have my name in big ol bold font on the OP crediting me with the idea, and then I'd be happy
