I signed in and registered it and everything, but it keeps saying connection failed.

I would like to join this rp group and submit a historical rp, can it be IC if it is legitimately historical?

i found something else, you have to go to my games tab on paradox website and submit the account to metaserver by clicking the golden locks

I did that and I also opened up the port. I can't seem to figure out what my problem is :/
Do you think we could just do it via Hamachi?

Whichever one of us hosts the game will make a network on Hamachi, and the other will join the network. After that, the non-host will copy the host's IPv4 address. Then, we'll both start up EU3, and the non-host will click join game once the game is started, and paste the IP address.
