What is it?

Location of mega-cities. Outside of them is up to the players with their own unique factions ranging from warlords and ragtag armies to republics or whatever. However, technology is controlled by the mega-cities due to a long-ago cataclysm.

An outbreak sounds cool. Could be people assume control of nations during an outbreak and what they do determines if they survive or not.

Also, the current name of this RP is "Midnight in Moscow," (which means that Russia will probably go to hell).

Both the Germans and Austrians are two "federations," one under Prussia and the other under Austria *nod*

Austria's state is more like a successor to the HRE, although unified, (Renovato Imperii), as Austria-Hungary was too prestigious (still a GP) so as to be included in the German Empire. I'm probably taking Austria in this RP, although we'll see what happens.

I like it, except a few comments.

Do the British have any colonial holdings anywhere?

Australia, Canada, South Africa, India, etc. are all similar shades of red, are they dominions of the UK? but still RPable by other people?

Also, I hate a united Scandinavia but I always will regardless of the RP.

Austria-Hungary tried to be a colonial power but sucked at it, so their size might be kinda iffy, but without competing with France and the UK I guess they could try.

Also, Belgium, why it no hold anything :c

Well, I have no idea what to do with the orange-colored colonies of the British, whether they should have enough independence so as to be playable or not. Which is why I colored all of them in darker oranges.

Scandinavia, the only true republic of continental Europe, a bastion of science, culture, and free thought, ready to be eaten by its neighbors if it doesn't get any friends.

Because Belgium cannot into sovereignty!

Honestly, I dunno what to do with the FSA, so your ironic dreams about a Socialist America could become true.

According to that map, the CEA (I assume, anyway) controls Mehico, so, they got them some cheap labour which if utilized could match up to the North's.

But they'd face constant rebellions, as the Mexicans wouldn't be likely to support the Caucasian, Protestant, English-speaking master race I'd imagine the CEA would be championing.
Edit: Although the CEA's likely population advantage from the territories that it holds might even it out a bit.

That bit of Mexico is radical Mexico who applied for statehood in the North.

I would rather support the United States of America over whatever socialist/fascist wet dream of America we're using, just my two cents.

I'd go with Belgium but it sucks because zero colonial holdings and will easily fall to the Germans or French in the next war between them, so.

Naples/Sicily could be fun, but I'm not sure. Without Rome, they're kinda meh.

Both Italian Nations are contesting Rome, as the one who gets it and holds on to it will likely win their Civil War. Which is why Rome is colored in that weird color.

Might be a bit complicated, but I can see it being good. I think it might be similar to a Federated Republic of the Kiteshide Islands sort of thing; basically, nondescript Pacific islands, with federal states, and players playing as one of the states, managing government and trying to influence the central government.
