Having these views is entirely acceptable, as we have a few members that share them. Publicly or privately insulting people because of them, regardless of the severity of such comments, isn't something I receive well. Just because I'm in that region? No, anyone else would have been treated the same way.
Cer's banning GW from posting because of political beliefs without actually insulting anyone doesn't seem fair, and it's something that I disagree with, but instead of letting the problem end then and there the issue within TGs escalated and a puppet of GW joined their region presumably to do nothing but cause trouble. I don't find this kind of conduct particularly acceptable within or outside of NSH, and most would ask why I'd bother to issue a ban for an incident outside of NSH - to ensure that these kinds of problems don't occur more than twice, especially not in the NSH thread, where we have a rather wide array of players who can take offense and some who can simply be sour.
As was explained to GW he'll return around December 1st, perhaps exactly or sooner, and should we use the same map in the next installment their claims will be returned, so if I'm not around to accept an app and it includes claims within GW's area I'd ask that Co-OPs refrain from accepting them unless they're rather convincing.
