Magic Focus: puppet master with more of an emphisis on bending others to his will or messing with their minds, he uses puppets but they are mostly just to spy on people or bolster his own magic by messing with the person he's fighting (I don't really know what puppets can do and if you'll explain more about them I'd be greatful)

Bio: Aleksander was born to a fairly normal working class family but his father's focus on strict discipline changed the way Aleksander's mind worked and with his brain being strained by his relation to dark magic he became quite unstable mentally and had tendencies to hurt people or lash out in extreme anger, he managed to hide this well for the most part but when his powers finally became apparent he began going too far and often cruelly hurt his close friends. His family found out that he was a magi quite soon after his powers developed and sent him to the college.
Personality: Cruel, smart, cunning can hide this well though and seem normal, can often display strange attatchments to inanimate objects, narcissist, confident
Faults: See: personalities, also he is unstable mentally, a psychopath, a sadist and thinks he's smarter than he really is
Anything else of note: not really

Accepted, and Soul Puppetry is when you bind a soul to an inanimate object, giving it certain powers based on how the soul died. However the puppet aren't that powerful and are hard to make tough or resistant. Their mainly used in stealth or ranged roles as a result.

Yes, then it would be able to make its own laws and wouldn't be so anchored to Serresia, which some say is exploiting the colleges vast resources through tax and levies.

Once its over, yeah, but very few people know about it now.
You could have it say theres a rumor that something is going to happen but if it were to say exact specifics, then that would require clairvoyance above that of master wizards.

Name: Scearen
Culture: They live underground in massive cities that mirror the cities above. Their population is huge and is even now growing, making even the biggest of the cities cramped and crowded. Each city is ruled by a clan, the clans have a hierarchy that most Scearen move up by killing those directly above them. They are very cowardly, running often at the first sign of trouble.

Special abilities:
Mask smell: Scearan have no scent, and even the least trained in stealth are difficult to detect when they don't want to be seen.
Relations with other races:
Hated by most races. The Humans see them as vermin, and the Scearen have mutual feelings. The elves hate them with a passion, having gone to war with them. Dwarves feel somewhat sorry for them, being underground creatures themselves, however Scearan detest this pity. They get along sometimes with Goblins, both being fairly short, underestimated races. Gnomes however see them as threats, seeing their ingenuity and subtlety as problematic for their domain. They have no response to Forged, seeing them as little but rouge tools. They do bond with Arechena, seeing that they both have little to trust as races. They fear Kitsune, as Scearen is said to be a Kitsune delicacy, wether or not this is true is unknown as Kitsune society is very closed off. They fear Lycanthropes, for their ability to shapeshift into canines and felines. They arent sure about Felane. They see Djinn as their mortal enemies, for unknown reasons.

Him and his brother had to hone their skills at stealing and stealth to survive, until they were recruited by an assassins guild called the Red Mist, then they had to prefect them. Last of this guild, Sneek has earned the title Deathstalker, but since he discovered his magical abilities, he has learnt even more.
Personality: Stealthy, Quiet, Subtle
Faults: Not that friendly. Will not allow other to betray him and will hunt down those who stab him in the back until the end of his days.
Anything else of note: Can hold three swords (one with his tail) and has mastered the fighting style required.
