2. Thats a lot of powers...How many can he use and how often? How powerful is the elemental thing?
3. North Carolina doesn't exist. This is a different world.
1. No, he can't use the wishes for himself, though he can conjure things. However it takes some of his life force. Also, he cannot grant extremely difficult wishes for others.
2. That's all the possible powers that can be derived through the training of a Djinn or a powerful Mage (Assuming a Mage is willing to give up part of his life force). He isn't trained enough to use the elemental or possession without a far more experienced djinn helping him, and he is not able to give a discriminen. He can currently only turn into a camel. Also, all Djinn must abide by the Baghdad Rules, meaning that he cannot 'manipulate death' (kill or bring one back from the dead), cannot make one fall in love and cannot grant wishes for more wishes.
3. My bad, I can easily take the NC part out.

Hmmm... assuming conjuring an animal is higher than conjuring a building, then conjuring an animal. Or perhaps granting wealth.

Im just a bit worried because wishes like making someone Archmage automatically could cause massive problems for the plot.
In any case, as long as you cant give people millions, its probably fine.

After about $1,000 it's all counterfeit. And making one an Archmage would probably take so much life it would basically be suicide.
